Biden Denies He Hid His Cancer After Trump Accusation
The Biden camp is scrambling to control the narrative after President Donald Trump and medical experts raised serious concerns about whether former President Joe Biden knowingly concealed his cancer diagnosis while still in office—a revelation that could have major implications for public trust, national security, and accountability.
On Tuesday, a spokesperson for Biden attempted to shut down the growing controversy, telling DailyMail.com, “Prior to Friday, President Biden had never been diagnosed with prostate cancer.” The same official admitted that Biden hasn’t had a prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test—used to detect early signs of prostate cancer—since 2014, nearly a decade ago.
The statement followed powerful remarks from President Trump, who expressed skepticism about the timing and transparency surrounding Biden’s diagnosis.
“I’m surprised that it wasn’t, you know, the public wasn’t notified a long time ago because to get to stage nine, that’s a long time,” Trump said Monday.
For context, Biden was recently diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer that has already metastasized to his bones—a condition that experts say takes years to develop, making the timeline of detection highly questionable.
This diagnosis came despite Biden’s physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, declaring after a February 2024 check-up that the president was in good health and “continues to be fit for duty and fully executes all of his responsibilities without any exemptions or accommodations.”
That statement now appears increasingly dubious in light of what has since been revealed. Medical professionals, conservative commentators, and even Department of Justice officials are asking tough questions—questions the mainstream media seems eager to ignore.
In a bombshell comment, Leo Terrell, a former Fox News contributor now serving in the Department of Justice, raised the stakes. Terrell reposted a tweet accusing Jill Biden of knowingly allowing her husband to remain in office despite severe health decline. His post read:

The cancer diagnosis was confirmed in a statement from Biden’s personal office on Sunday:
“Last week, President Joe Biden was seen for a new finding of a prostate nodule after experiencing increasing urinary symptoms. On Friday, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, characterized by a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5) with metastasis to the bone.”
The statement attempted to calm fears, noting that the disease is hormone-sensitive, meaning it can be treated. However, that hasn’t silenced critics who say the American people were misled—or worse, outright lied to—about the President’s medical condition during a critical time.
CNN reported that Biden and his family “are reviewing treatment options with his physicians.” But for many, that’s not enough.
Dr. Steven Quay, a well-respected physician, called out the glaring problems with the timeline in a post shared by Donald Trump Jr. He described prostate cancer as:
“The easiest cancer to diagnose when it first starts and to watch it progress to bone metastases.”
Meanwhile, Dr. Howie Forman, a Yale University professor in radiology, public health, and economics, echoed those concerns:
“It is inconceivable that this was not being followed before he left the Presidency.”
He emphasized that the PSA test would have signaled cancer “for some time before this diagnosis,” especially considering the aggressive progression.
Even Fox News medical analyst Dr. Marc Siegel weighed in on Sunday evening, casting doubt on the sequence of events:
“This was found by physical examination by a prostate exam. A lot of times, we find an elevation in prostate-specific antigen, PSA, and then we go after it.”
The Biden camp’s explanation has failed to satisfy many in the medical and political communities. With increasing scrutiny, the question now isn’t just when Biden was diagnosed—it’s what else the American people weren’t told during his presidency.
If Biden’s inner circle knowingly concealed his deteriorating condition, including cognitive and physical decline, it could represent a historic breach of public trust—and, some argue, a grave national security risk.
President Trump has made it clear: transparency, honesty, and accountability must return to the White House.
