Biden Judge Blocks Deportation Of Boulder Terrorism Suspect’s Family
In a move that’s raising eyebrows among Americans concerned about national security, a federal judge has stepped in to block the deportation of the wife and children of a suspected terrorist responsible for a brutal anti-Semitic attack in Boulder, Colorado.
U.S. District Judge Gordon Gallagher issued an emergency order on Tuesday temporarily halting the removal of Hayem El Gamal and her five children, the family of Mohamed Soliman — an Egyptian national who stands accused of a premeditated terror assault against peaceful demonstrators.
“Moreover, the court finds that deportation without process could work irreparable harm and an order must issue without notice due to the urgency this situation presents,” Gallagher wrote in his order, effectively allowing the family to remain in the U.S. as legal proceedings unfold.

The Department of Homeland Security had earlier confirmed the detention of El Gamal and the children by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem stated they were being processed for removal. Four of the children are minors, while the fifth is 18 years old.
According to federal records, El Gamal and her children are currently being held at the Dilley Family Detention Center in Texas — a facility designed for families with children. The family had been living in Colorado Springs prior to Soliman’s violent attack.
Soliman, who illegally entered the U.S. from Egypt in August 2022, filed for asylum shortly after arriving. His case has since spiraled into a national security nightmare.
Now, the 45-year-old faces federal hate crime charges and multiple counts of attempted murder after launching a firebomb attack on a pro-Israel rally on Sunday in Boulder. Witnesses say Soliman hurled Molotov cocktails into a peaceful crowd — injuring more than a dozen people, including an 88-year-old Holocaust survivor.
The horrifying act of domestic terrorism, according to the FBI, had all the hallmarks of a lone-wolf jihadist attack. Soliman reportedly shouted “Free Palestine” and “End Zionist” as he lit innocent Americans on fire.
Federal agents recovered 14 Molotov cocktails and a makeshift flamethrower from the scene. Soliman confessed to targeting the rally to “kill all Zionist people,” according to Fox News, and chillingly added that he “wished they were all dead.”
“This suggests impulsive extremism or a desire for martyrdom rather than escape or survival,” said retired FBI supervisory special agent Jason Pack. “These traits are often associated with ideologically driven lone actors.”
Pack explained that Soliman’s crude weaponry, erratic behavior, and overtly political language “point to a disorganized, emotionally unstable individual” radicalized by extremist propaganda.

View PlansDespite the gravity of Soliman’s crimes, his family is now shielded from immediate deportation — a decision that many argue puts political correctness and judicial overreach above the safety and values of American citizens.
The left’s refusal to secure the border and enforce immigration law has once again opened the door to terror — and now, even the families of those who carry out these atrocities are being protected under the banner of “due process.”
