Biden’s Pardons Declared VOID Following Shocking Revelation

Former President Donald Trump stated early Monday that numerous last-minute pardons granted by Joe Biden lack legitimacy, citing the use of an autopen for signing the documents and the absence of clear evidence that Biden was aware of or approved them.

Recent revelations indicate that President Biden rarely, if ever, personally signed pardons, fueling speculation about his involvement in reviewing each case. In the final hours of his presidency, he issued pardons to members of his family, former Congresswoman Liz Cheney, and others from the bipartisan committee that accused Trump of inciting the January 6, 2021, riots. Additionally, Biden controversially pardoned his son, Hunter, in December.

Trump declared his intention to revoke these pardons, asserting they were not lawfully executed.

“The “Pardons” that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen,” Trump posted on Truth Social. “In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them! The necessary Pardoning Documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden. He knew nothing about them, and the people that did may have committed a crime.”

Trump further warned Cheney and other committee members, stating, “They should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level.”

An autopen, an electromechanical device designed to replicate a signature, is frequently used by high-ranking officials, including U.S. presidents, to sign multiple documents without being physically present. While legally recognized in certain cases, its use in signing critical legal documents—especially without proper oversight—has raised concerns regarding accountability and authenticity.

A report from the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project suggests that all of Biden’s signed documents, apart from his letter announcing withdrawal from the 2024 presidential race, were executed via autopen. This discovery has sparked fresh debates about Biden’s cognitive health and whether unelected individuals were making decisions on his behalf.

Concerns regarding Biden’s reliance on the autopen intensified after U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) shared an account from January where he confronted Biden over an executive order the former president seemingly had no recollection of authorizing.

Shortly after, Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey urged the U.S. Department of Justice to investigate whether Biden’s advisers concealed his cognitive decline to push a radical agenda. In a public letter, Bailey argued that many of Biden’s final policies are “legally void,” suggesting staffers may have acted without his knowledge or consent.

Bailey cited an interview in which Johnson recalled Biden stating, “I didn’t do that,” in reference to an executive order limiting the importation of liquefied natural gas—a decision with severe economic repercussions for Louisiana. Johnson left the meeting deeply troubled, concluding that the country was in “serious trouble.”
