Big Brawl Breaks Out Between Eric Trump And Family Member Over Major Betrayal
Eric Trump, the son of former President Donald Trump, responded directly and forcefully to his cousin’s endorsement of Kamala Harris and the accompanying negative accusations in a detailed post on X on Tuesday.
Fred Trump III, the nephew of the former president, characterized his uncle as “atomic crazy” and claimed to have personally witnessed him using racially derogatory language many years ago.
“And within every family — people know this — families are complicated. Every family has their crazy uncle. My Uncle Donald is atomic crazy. And … he has put his mark on the family history,” said Fred Trump III, who is marketing these allegations in a new book.
Following a lengthy criticism of his uncle during an interview with ABC News, Fred Trump admitted that despite his current harsh opinion of former President Trump, he had allegedly “always had a good relationship” with him.
Eric Trump strongly objected to these accusations, calling them “garbage” in his post on Tuesday.
“It’s disappointing that after decades of unwavering love, support, golf memberships, family vacations, and millions of dollars in support for his wonderful son, Fred Trump has decided to ‘cash in’ less than 100 days before an election,” the former president’s son wrote.
“I have signed the checks and witnessed firsthand as my father and our family have provided endless financial support so that Fred’s son could receive the best possible medical care. To read this garbage and see that he has now followed his troubled sister simply to earn a quick buck is disgusting, disheartening, and a prime example of ‘no good deed goes unpunished.’”
Throughout his interview with ABC, Fred Trump made several contradictory statements. He claimed to get along well with his uncle but added that the former president had done “horrific things” to him personally. “But he’s done really horrific things to me, which some people will say, ‘How could you still want to have a relationship with him?’ He’s my uncle. He’s family, and that means a lot,” he said.
The lesser-known Trump family member is promoting a new book titled “All in the Family: The Trumps and How We Got This Way,” while also publicly endorsing Kamala Harris. This move appears to be an attempt to gain more attention for his book and increase sales.
It seems Fred is taking a page out of the liberal media’s playbook. He must have noticed that there’s more attention to be gained by criticizing Donald Trump rather than praising him. If his motive is financial gain, then publicly declaring support for a candidate running against his cousin might be part of his strategy to boost book sales and achieve his “five minutes of fame” in the media that opposes Trump.
