A newly declassified intelligence report is shaking the political establishment, revealing that Russian intelligence allegedly obtained internal Democratic National Committee (DNC) communications warning that then-presidential candidate Hillary Clinton was on a regimen of “heavy tranquilizers” and suffering from serious health and psychological issues — a fact considered “extraordinarily alarming” by then-President Barack Obama and senior Democrat operatives.

The explosive information comes from a long-classified 2020 House Intelligence Committee report, just made public by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard. Originally compiled under the leadership of then-Chairman Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA), the report had been locked away in a secure vault at CIA headquarters. Fox News Digital broke the story this week, revealing that the document contradicts years of Democrat talking points about Russian interference in the 2016 election.

According to the report, Russian President Vladimir Putin allegedly gained access to sensitive DNC data suggesting Obama and other top Democrats were deeply concerned about Clinton’s mental and physical stability heading into the final stretch of the 2016 campaign. Despite that, Obama allegedly directed intelligence officials to push a “contrived” narrative linking Trump to the Kremlin — even as the actual intelligence lacked direct evidence that Russia supported Trump’s candidacy.

“As of September 2016, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service had DNC information that President Obama and Party leaders found the state of Secretary Clinton’s health to be ‘extraordinarily alarming,’ and felt it could have ‘serious negative impact’ on her election prospects,” the report states.

The declassified documents also claim that Clinton's condition was being concealed even from her closest advisors, and that she was allegedly exhibiting “uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness.” The Russians reportedly concluded she was placed on a strict regimen of heavy tranquilizers as concerns within the party escalated.

Even more damning, Russian intelligence also reportedly intercepted a DNC campaign email outlining a deliberate plan — allegedly approved by Hillary Clinton herself — to fabricate a narrative linking Putin and Russian hackers to Donald Trump, in order to divert public attention from her own email server scandal.

At a press conference Wednesday, DNI Gabbard confirmed that the report uncovered DNC emails detailing Clinton’s alarming condition and a broader effort by the intelligence community, led by then-CIA Director John Brennan, to bury inconvenient facts and push a politically charged narrative.

“Brennan and the IC misled lawmakers by referencing the debunked Steele dossier to assess, quote unquote, ‘Russia’s plans and intentions,’ falsely suggesting that this dossier had intelligence value when he knew that it was discredited,” Gabbard stated.

She went further, accusing Brennan and the intelligence community of cherry-picking intelligence and deliberately excluding contradictory evidence — all to push the fiction that Russia had a clear preference for Trump, despite lacking substantiated proof.

The revelations are particularly damning in light of Clinton’s visible health struggles during the 2016 campaign — most notably her near-collapse at a 9/11 memorial event, where she had to be physically supported into a vehicle. While the media downplayed the incident at the time, the new disclosures suggest Democratic insiders were panicking behind the scenes.

The report confirms what many conservatives and Trump allies had long suspected: the Russia-collusion narrative was an orchestrated political weapon — manufactured in the highest echelons of power — while the mainstream media turned a blind eye to Clinton’s health crisis and the weaponization of U.S. intelligence agencies.
