EXCLUSIVE: DNI Tulsi Gabbard Exposes Alleged Biden-DNC Money Laundering Scheme Using Ukraine Aid

In a move that signals a new era of accountability for the American taxpayer, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has ordered a high-level review of explosive intelligence suggesting the previous administration diverted foreign aid to bankroll Democratic political operations.

According to reports from Just The News, a newly declassified intelligence summary has pulled back the curtain on a potential "political pipeline" that funneled U.S. funds intended for Ukrainian defense directly into the coffers of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Joe Biden’s 2024 reelection efforts.

The "90 Percent" Kickback Scheme

The declassified documents, which consist of raw intelligence intercepts from late 2022, detail a sophisticated plot involving the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in Kyiv. The summary alleges that Ukrainian officials and specific U.S. personnel conspired to create a "cover" via a massive infrastructure project.

The intelligence summary is damming:

“The Ukrainian Government and unspecified U.S. Government personnel, through USAID in Kyiv, reportedly developed a plan that would provide hundreds of millions of U.S. taxpayer dollars to fund an infrastructure project for Ukraine that would be used as a cover to send approximately 90% of funds allocated to the DNC to fund Joe Biden’s reelection campaign.”

Furthermore, the conspirators reportedly banked on the slow-moving nature of federal bureaucracy to ensure the money was unrecoverable.

“They were confident the project would be funded initially, even though at some time in the future the project would be disapproved as unnecessary,” the report added. “At this time, the money would already be allocated and impossible to return or use for a different purpose.”

Gabbard Demands Transparency

Director Gabbard has moved swiftly to clean up what critics describe as the "deep state" legacy of the previous administration. She has directed USAID to perform an exhaustive audit of contracts and internal communications linked to these claims.

Sources familiar with the matter indicate that if the review corroborates these intercepts, a formal criminal referral to the FBI is imminent. This follows concerns that the Biden administration—which faced repeated scrutiny over the influence-peddling scandals of the President's son—failed to investigate these red flags when they first appeared in 2022.

Subcontractors and Redacted Names

The alleged scheme relied on a complex web of American subcontractors to mask the trail of money. While two specific U.S.-based companies are mentioned in the intercepts, their identities remain redacted in the current public version of the summary.

“The plan included details of how subcontractors would be funded through U.S. companies so that how the funds were spent and allocated would be difficult to track,” the report stated. “Additionally, contracts would be executed that would be difficult to verify.”

A New Chapter Under President Trump

These revelations come as President Donald J. Trump works to restore American sovereignty and end the cycle of "forever wars" and foreign entanglement. While President Trump’s envoys negotiate with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to bring a peaceful resolution to the conflict in Eastern Europe, the domestic focus has shifted to the systemic corruption that allegedly thrived under Biden.

The American people were told that every cent sent to Kyiv was for the "defense of democracy." If these intelligence summaries hold true, "democracy" was merely a buzzword used to facilitate a massive, illegal transfer of wealth from hard-working Americans to the DNC.
