FBI Launches Probe Into Decade Of Dem-Led Election Antics

The FBI has reportedly launched a sweeping investigation into what could amount to one of the largest political scandals in U.S. history — a coordinated effort by Democratic operatives, the intelligence community, and partisan prosecutors to interfere in multiple presidential elections and undermine Donald J. Trump.

According to Just the News, the investigation was initiated under the leadership of new FBI Director Kash Patel and focuses on events ranging from the discredited Russia collusion hoax to the hyper-partisan prosecutions led by Special Counsel Jack Smith. The investigation is probing whether these episodes, taken together, constitute a criminal conspiracy to influence the outcomes of the 2016, 2020, and 2024 elections.

Sources close to the administration say a special prosecutor may soon be appointed to examine classified evidence that, if declassified by President Trump, could confirm what many conservatives have long suspected: that the U.S. intelligence community colluded with Democrat-aligned operatives to sabotage Trump’s presidency and protect their political allies.

Two specific classified documents lie at the heart of the investigation:

  1. A classified annex to the inspector general’s probe of Hillary Clinton’s private email server, which was reviewed at the request of Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), allegedly contains credible evidence that the FBI deliberately ignored misconduct to protect Clinton.
  2. The “Clinton plan intelligence” cited in Special Counsel John Durham’s final report, which was kept hidden from the public and most lawmakers in a separate annex, outlines how the Clinton campaign allegedly manufactured the Russia collusion narrative to distract from her own email scandal.

Both sets of evidence were buried under classification by the deep state — but that could change if President Trump acts.

Former CIA Director John Ratcliffe recently blasted the intelligence community’s handling of Russiagate, accusing former CIA chief John Brennan of prioritizing political narratives over analytical integrity. Ratcliffe didn’t hold back, labeling the CIA’s actions “atypical & corrupt” under Brennan and former FBI Director James Comey.

According to Just the News, if declassified, the Grassley and Durham annexes could be brought before a grand jury as part of a broader racketeering case — revealing a pattern of political manipulation and suppression of evidence by government agencies operating under partisan influence.

The FBI’s newly launched probe could also encompass the alleged mishandling of intelligence relating to foreign interference in the 2020 election. Specifically, a human-source tip reportedly provided the Bureau with credible evidence that the Chinese Communist Party orchestrated fake mail-in ballots to help Joe Biden.

Rather than pursue the evidence, the FBI allegedly destroyed it, according to whistleblowers and internal sources. With the five-year statute of limitations set to expire later this year, the new conspiracy framework may allow prosecutors to tie that incident into a broader scheme — effectively preserving the ability to pursue charges.

To bypass D.C.'s heavily partisan courts, where Trump has faced blatantly biased jury pools, Patel’s FBI is reportedly exploring jurisdictions such as Florida, where elements of the alleged conspiracy may have taken place — and where recent Trump-related prosecutions have collapsed under judicial scrutiny.

“Florida is an intriguing option because overt acts of the alleged conspiracy occurred there and are still inside the statute of limitations,” a former federal prosecutor familiar with the case told Just the News.

The deep state may have finally overplayed its hand.

If this probe gains momentum, it could blow open a multi-election cover-up and expose the highest levels of the intelligence community, DOJ, and Democrat political operatives to criminal scrutiny — a reckoning that many in Trump’s base have demanded for years.
