FBI Opens Probe Into Alleged Decade-Long Conspiracy to Meddle in Elections
In a dramatic turn of events, the FBI has opened a far-reaching criminal investigation into what insiders are calling a decade-long “grand conspiracy” by Democrat operatives and entrenched deep-state bureaucrats aimed at manipulating multiple U.S. elections to keep President Donald J. Trump out of power.
FBI Director Kash Patel, appointed during Trump’s second term, initiated the investigation just weeks ago. According to Just the News, the scope of the probe could soon justify appointing a special prosecutor to determine whether coordinated actions—including the discredited Russia collusion hoax, Special Counsel Jack Smith’s politically driven prosecutions, and intelligence suppression—constitute a criminal conspiracy against the sitting President.
A source close to the matter indicated that momentum behind the investigation could accelerate significantly if President Trump declassifies two key classified records from as far back as 2016.

View PlansThe first is a classified annex tied to the DOJ Inspector General’s review of Hillary Clinton’s illegal private email server. For years, Sen. Chuck Grassley has been demanding access to the annex, which reportedly contains credible intelligence of criminal wrongdoing that the FBI chose to bury rather than act upon.
The second set of documents centers on what Special Counsel John Durham famously referred to in his final report as “Clinton plan intelligence.” Durham’s findings revealed that the U.S. intelligence community knew in 2016 that the Clinton campaign was fabricating the Russia collusion narrative—a scheme designed to smear Trump just as his first presidential campaign was gaining steam.
Despite this knowledge, the FBI launched the Crossfire Hurricane probe, which has since been thoroughly debunked. Crucially, most of the so-called “evidence” used to justify the investigation came straight from Clinton allies or her campaign.
Both sets of documents remain under wraps. Officials claim the continued secrecy is due to concerns over revealing sensitive intelligence methods—but critics say it’s more about protecting the deep state.
Earlier this month, CIA Director John Ratcliffe delivered a blistering review of the intelligence community’s failures during the 2016 election. He called out former CIA Director John Brennan for abandoning objective analysis in favor of political spin and blasted the FBI’s promotion of the phony Steele dossier.
Ratcliffe later posted, “Trump was the target of an atypical & corrupt process” orchestrated by Brennan and disgraced former FBI Director James Comey.
Should Trump move to declassify the Durham and Grassley annexes, sources say federal prosecutors could use the revelations to demonstrate a deliberate, years-long pattern of politically motivated misconduct. In particular, prosecutors could argue that federal agencies selectively ignored intelligence that hurt Democrats while relentlessly pursuing flimsy or fabricated claims against Trump.
One explosive thread under discussion is the FBI’s alleged refusal to investigate 2020 intelligence suggesting China planned to manufacture fake mail-in ballots in support of Joe Biden. Even worse, whistleblowers claim the FBI instructed other agencies to destroy the evidence and “move on.”
The statute of limitations on that specific episode is set to expire within weeks. However, if prosecutors pursue the broader conspiracy case, they may be able to connect older and newer acts of misconduct into a continuous criminal scheme—keeping all of it within reach of justice.
One potential move being floated is to convene a grand jury outside of Washington, D.C., where left-leaning juries have repeatedly refused to convict in Trump-related cases. Florida is being actively considered, particularly given that several acts tied to the conspiracy, including the 2022 FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago, occurred there and remain within legal limits.
A former federal prosecutor told Just the News that Florida “could be a logical venue” for a special counsel’s grand jury, especially if the objective is to examine whether rogue elements inside the government coordinated to interfere in the 2016, 2020, and 2024 elections.
While Democrats like Hillary Clinton, James Comey, John Brennan, and Jack Smith continue to deny any criminal wrongdoing—claiming only “mistakes” were made—Congressional Republicans have gathered substantial evidence suggesting many of those so-called errors were intentional and politically motivated.

View PlansThis latest investigation is also expected to revisit multiple high-profile cases against Trump where key evidence was later revealed to be false, manipulated, or outright fabricated.
If successful, the “grand conspiracy” case could finally expose what millions of Americans have long suspected: that elements within our own government have worked systematically to weaponize law enforcement and intelligence agencies against one man—and by extension, the voters who elected him.
