FBI Quietly Launches Probe Into Deep State’s Decade-Long Assault on Trump

The FBI has quietly launched a sweeping investigation into what insiders describe as a decade-long operation orchestrated by Democrats and embedded deep-state operatives to undermine President Donald J. Trump and manipulate three consecutive U.S. elections.

Sources confirmed to Just the News that the bureau’s newly opened probe—internally dubbed a “grand conspiracy”—is already gaining momentum under the leadership of new FBI Director Kash Patel. The investigation reportedly centers on a potentially criminal network that stretches from the phony Russia collusion hoax to the controversial prosecutions led by special counsel Jack Smith.

Insiders say the case could gain serious traction if President Trump declassifies two critical sets of documents from 2016. These documents, long buried under layers of classification, could expose the origins of a coordinated campaign to sabotage Trump’s presidency and manipulate the democratic process.

The first document is a classified annex from the inspector general’s suppressed report on Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server. Senator Chuck Grassley has pushed for its release, as it allegedly reveals that the FBI ignored solid evidence of criminal conduct by Clinton and her associates.

The second is an explosive appendix from Special Counsel John Durham’s final report on Russiagate. Dubbed “Clinton plan intelligence,” it reveals that the CIA knew the Clinton campaign was fabricating the Trump-Russia narrative well before the launch of Crossfire Hurricane. Despite knowing the information was false, the FBI relied heavily on the Clinton-generated material to justify surveillance and prosecution of Trump allies.

These documents have been kept under lock and key for nearly a decade—not to protect intelligence sources, say insiders, but to shield top-level officials from accountability.

Former CIA Director John Ratcliffe has already blown the whistle on the intel community’s 2016 operations. He blasted John Brennan for pushing the discredited Steele Dossier through official channels, calling the entire process “atypical and corrupt.” Ratcliffe accused Brennan of prioritizing political “narrative consistency” over facts, and condemned former FBI Director James Comey for allowing partisan politics to dictate intelligence operations.

If declassified, the Durham and Grassley documents could serve as evidence before a grand jury, exposing a deliberate pattern of federal agencies shielding Democrats while targeting President Trump with falsified narratives and weaponized intelligence.

Trump’s legal team is also considering the appointment of a special counsel to probe another bombshell: reports that in August 2020, the FBI received intelligence that the Chinese Communist Party was attempting to interfere in the presidential election by flooding the U.S. with fake mail-in ballots in support of Joe Biden. Not only did the FBI fail to act—they allegedly withdrew the intel and instructed other agencies to destroy the evidence.

However, the statute of limitations on that case is about to expire. Unless prosecutors tie it to a broader ongoing conspiracy, charges may become impossible. That’s where the “grand conspiracy” framework becomes key.

By treating the past decade of political sabotage as part of a coordinated criminal enterprise, investigators could prosecute under conspiracy or racketeering statutes—keeping the window open for legal accountability and exposing the full scope of this partisan corruption.

There’s also growing talk of moving the venue out of Washington, D.C., where anti-Trump bias is rampant. In 2020, over 92% of the district voted against President Trump. That makes fair trials nearly impossible for conservatives.

One likely venue: Florida. Not only did special counsel Jack Smith raid Mar-a-Lago there, but several “overt acts” of the conspiracy allegedly took place within the state—and remain within the statute of limitations.

“Florida is an intriguing option because overt acts of the alleged conspiracy occurred there and are still inside the statute of limitations,” one former federal prosecutor told Just the News after being consulted by Trump officials.

If seated in Florida, a grand jury would finally be able to ask the question the Washington establishment has desperately tried to silence for years:

Did Democrat operatives use the power of government to rig the 2016, 2020, and 2024 elections—and destroy a duly elected President?
