Former Attorney For Jeffrey Epstein Says Trump Is Not On ‘The List’
The former attorney for convicted pedophile and human trafficker Jeffrey Epstein says President Donald J. Trump was never part of Epstein’s inner circle of abusers — directly debunking the Left’s repeated smear campaigns.
David Schoen, who represented Epstein in the final days before his suspicious jailhouse death in 2019, made it clear in a resurfaced statement that Epstein had “no information to hurt” President Trump.
“I was hired to lead Jeffrey Epstein’s defense as his criminal lawyer 9 days before he died. He sought my advice for months before that,” Schoen wrote on X.
“I can say authoritatively, unequivocally, and definitively that he had no information to hurt President Trump. I specifically asked him!”

View PlansSchoen’s statement reemerged amid fresh outrage surrounding a leaked Justice Department memo that downplays Epstein’s global sex trafficking network, declaring he left no “client list” behind and insisting — once again — that he committed suicide in his Manhattan jail cell.
The memo has sparked a new wave of fury from the MAGA base, particularly after President Trump came to the defense of Attorney General Pam Bondi, whose DOJ signed off on the controversial memo.
Despite Schoen’s firm defense of Trump, many conservatives aren’t satisfied.
“.@realDonaldTrump please understand the EPSTEIN AFFAIR is not going away,” warned Lt. Gen. Mike Flynn, Trump’s former National Security Advisor, in a post on X.
“If the administration doesn’t address the massive number of unanswered questions about Epstein, especially the ABUSE OF CHILDREN BY ELITES, then moving forward on so many other monumental challenges our nation is facing becomes much harder.”
Flynn’s frustration is echoed by a growing chorus of Trump loyalists who have taken to social media — and conservative gatherings in Florida — to demand full transparency and the long-promised release of Epstein’s files.
That demand grew louder after Fox News revealed that FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino clashed with Bondi over the DOJ’s handling of the Epstein case, reportedly threatening resignation over what he called a “lack of transparency.”
The DOJ and FBI maintain that Epstein acted alone, kept no blackmail list, and killed himself in his cell. But millions of Americans — including many within the Trump movement — are not buying it.
“He’s the guy who never dies,” Trump posted on Truth Social Saturday. “For years, it’s Epstein, over and over again… If there was ANYTHING in there that could have hurt the MAGA Movement, why didn’t they use it?”
In the same post, Trump denounced the “Epstein Files” as a political tool manufactured by Obama-era bureaucrats, Crooked Hillary, and the deep state architects behind the Russia hoax:
“They created the Epstein Files, just like they created the FAKE Hillary Clinton/Christopher Steele Dossier that they used on me.”
Still, frustration lingers. Some MAGA activists are urging President Trump to take a stronger stance, calling for a full-scale declassification of all Epstein-related materials. Many remain convinced the global elite's secrets — and possibly evidence of child trafficking networks — remain buried by government insiders and corrupt legacy media.

View PlansWhile President Trump continues to reject any connection to Epstein’s crimes — and has the testimony of Epstein’s own lawyer to back him — the conservative grassroots wants action, not just words.
Until the full truth is released, the Epstein scandal will continue to haunt the halls of power.
