Former Epstein Attorney Reveals Names Of 2 Dems On ‘List’
Former Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz has named two prominent Democrats who allegedly appear in sealed Jeffrey Epstein-related records — former U.S. Senator George Mitchell and the late Gov. Bill Richardson — adding fuel to growing demands for full transparency in the Epstein scandal.
Speaking Sunday on Fox News Sunday with Shannon Bream, Dershowitz made clear that despite media myths, there is no official Epstein “client list.” However, he said names do appear in sealed court records and FBI interviews, some of which he has personally reviewed.
“There are sealed records by two or three federal judges in the New York courts. I’ve seen some of these materials,” Dershowitz said.

View Plans“For example, there is an FBI report of interviews with alleged victims in which at least one of the victims names very important people, and the names have been redacted. I know some of the names from my investigation.”
Among the figures he cited:
- George Mitchell, longtime Democrat senator from Maine
- Bill Richardson, former U.N. ambassador and New Mexico governor
- Ehud Barak, former Israeli Prime Minister
“Now, whether any of these people actually did anything wrong, we don’t know,” Dershowitz noted. “Because we know there have been many, many false accusations.”
Mitchell, 91, retired from public life over a decade ago. Richardson died in 2023.
Dershowitz, who served on Epstein’s legal defense team in 2008, has himself faced allegations from Virginia Giuffre — Epstein’s most high-profile accuser who, tragically, died by suicide earlier this year. She accused Dershowitz of misconduct in 2019, but later dropped her defamation lawsuit and admitted she “may have made a mistake.”
He also pointed to a now-debunked affidavit from Sarah Ransome, another Epstein-linked witness, who falsely claimed that multiple high-profile figures — including Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Richard Branson, and Donald Trump — were involved in sexual abuse.
“She said she had videotapes… and then after an investigation, she admitted that she made up the whole story,” Dershowitz said. “Yet the affidavit still remains in the court records.”
A 2019 New Yorker article acknowledged Ransome as an “imperfect witness” and confirmed she invented claims about tapes to protect herself from Epstein.
“We have to distinguish true accusations from false accusations,” Dershowitz told Bream.
Meanwhile, President Donald J. Trump has taken a firm stand for full transparency. After a recently released DOJ/FBI memo claimed there is no “client list” or remaining incriminating evidence, Trump responded to demands from the America First base by calling on his own Justice Department to unseal relevant Epstein materials — including Grand Jury testimony.

“With that being said… nothing will be good enough for the troublemakers and radical left lunatics making the request. It will always be more, more, more. MAGA!”
Under Trump’s leadership, efforts to expose the truth behind Epstein’s elite web of power and abuse are back on the table — and this time, the cover-up artists in D.C. may not have a place to hide.
