Former WH Doctor Gives Grim Outlook On Biden’s Cancer Prognosis

A former White House physician for both Presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump has issued a sobering warning about Joe Biden’s health, stating that the prognosis for the former president’s metastatic prostate cancer is dire—and his time may be short.

The announcement stunned the nation on Sunday when Biden’s personal office disclosed that what had previously been described as a “small nodule” had, in fact, progressed to Stage 4 prostate cancer, with the disease having already spread to his bones.

Representative Ronny Jackson (R-Texas), who served as the White House physician from 2013 to 2018, spoke candidly to the Washington Free Beacon, offering a grim outlook on Biden’s future.

“This is not my area of specialty, but I have spoken to multiple urologists since this came out, and the general consensus is like, you know, it could be 12 to 18 months,” Jackson said. “Hopefully it’s longer than that, and I hope that they’re able to treat this effectively, and, you know, he lives many, many more years. But it’s far advanced.”

Jackson also raised concerns about whether the Biden White House may have known about the cancer long before the public was notified, calling into question the administration’s transparency.

“Every year I did an exam for President Obama, and every year that I did an exam for President Trump, I checked the [prostate-specific antigen],” Jackson explained. “We screened for prostate cancer. I think there’s a probability here that they knew [Biden] had prostate cancer some time ago and just didn’t tell the American people.”

Jackson emphasized that prostate cancer treatments can often be administered without hospital admission, further fueling speculation that Biden may have undergone treatment quietly.

“Treating prostate cancer with radiation or something like that, it doesn’t require you to be an inpatient,” he said. “People get that done as outpatients all the time. They go in, they spend a couple hours in the doctor’s office, and they’re released the same day.”
“So, it’s absolutely conceivable that he could have been diagnosed and could have been treated without the American people knowing, if his doctor chose not to say anything and family chose not to say anything.”

The former Navy rear admiral reiterated the importance of consistent cancer screenings, particularly for someone in Biden’s position.

“That’s definitely justification to follow him closely, and to continue to screen him every single year, aggressively, for prostate cancer.”

Medical professionals across the country are questioning how such an advanced case of cancer could have gone undetected—or unreported—for so long.

Dr. Steven Quay, a respected physician whose comments were shared by Donald Trump Jr., described prostate cancer as “the easiest cancer to diagnose when it first starts,” expressing disbelief that it could have progressed to bone metastases without earlier intervention.

Even prominent academics raised red flags. Dr. Howie Forman of Yale University, an expert in radiology and public health, wrote that the condition should have been caught much earlier through routine PSA blood tests, which are standard for men over 50.

“It is inconceivable that this was not being followed before he left the Presidency,” Forman stated, adding that Biden “must have had a PSA test numerous times before” and that such a late-stage discovery is “odd.”

It’s worth noting that in February 2024, Biden was given a clean bill of health by his physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, who declared him “fit to serve” after a routine physical at Walter Reed Medical Center. That assessment now appears misleading at best.

NBC News medical contributor Dr. Vin Gupta added to the skepticism, pointing out that Presidents Trump, Obama, and Bush all had thorough prostate health documentation.

Meanwhile, Dr. Marc Siegel, senior medical analyst at Fox News, questioned how Biden’s cancer was found only through a physical prostate exam, rather than the more common method of detecting elevated PSA levels in blood work.

“This was found by physical examination by a prostate exam,” Siegel remarked. “A lot of times, we find an elevation in prostate-specific antigen, PSA, and then we go after it.”

In light of these revelations, questions continue to swirl about what the Biden team knew—and when. With President Donald Trump leading a decisive movement to restore accountability and transparency in government, the contrast in leadership could not be more stark.

As the nation watches closely, the health of the former president is not just a medical concern—it’s a matter of public trust.
