Gen. Michael Flynn Pens Open Letter Urging President Trump to Address Epstein Concerns Directly: “Americans Need You to Be Successful”

Retired Army Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn — a decorated patriot and the first National Security Adviser to President Donald J. Trump — has broken his silence with a bold message for the Commander-in-Chief.

Flynn, no stranger to the ruthless weaponization of government agencies, published an open letter Wednesday on X addressing the lingering controversy surrounding the late Jeffrey Epstein. “I hesitated to write this,” Flynn began, acknowledging the political firestorm surrounding the issue and the difficulty of speaking candidly with a president he deeply respects. “With the utmost respect and deference to you for all you’ve withstood (few know it better than me what the ‘deep state’ can do when they want to turn on a person),” Flynn continued, referencing the years of political persecution he endured at the hands of the FBI and federal prosecutors.

Flynn’s post came just hours after President Trump described the swirling narrative around Epstein as a political weapon — labeling it “the Jeffrey Epstein Hoax,” a desperate scam from the radical left meant to distract from the President’s remarkable achievements in his second term.

“Their new SCAM is what we will forever call the Jeffrey Epstein Hoax, and my PAST supporters have bought into this ‘bulls***,’ hook, line, and sinker,” Trump declared on Truth Social.

“They haven’t learned their lesson, and probably never will, even after being conned by the Lunatic Left for 8 long years. I have had more success in 6 months than perhaps any President in our Country’s history, and all these people want to talk about, with strong prodding by the Fake News and the success starved Dems, is the Jeffrey Epstein Hoax.”

Epstein’s legacy of depravity spans decades. “Please take this missive as though coming from someone who willingly and voluntarily fought for this country against multiple enemies overseas only to come home to face my greatest enemy right here at home. You know precisely what I mean.”
