Republican Rep. Mary Miller of Illinois is demanding criminal accountability for former First Lady Jill Biden, following what critics are calling a stunning revelation: former President Joe Biden's advanced cancer diagnosis amid widespread evidence of cognitive and physical decline during his term in office.

“Jill Biden was complicit in covering up Joe Biden’s mental and physical decline,” Miller declared in a post on X. “She should face CRIMINAL CHARGES for elder abuse!!”

Miller’s remarks have intensified national scrutiny over the role Jill Biden played while her husband occupied the White House, as more medical experts and commentators raise serious concerns about possible abuse and exploitation of the elderly for political purposes.

Speaking to The Post, Dr. Elaine Healy, a specialist in geriatric medicine, said the former president exhibits “telltale signs of elder abuse.”

“Visible bruising and other injuries from physical violence are obvious forms of abuse. Non-violent actions — like deprivation of food, causing weight loss, or intimidation, causing social withdrawal and personality changes — are also defined as abusive behavior,” she explained.

However, Dr. Healy emphasized a deeper concern: “A more sinister type of elder abuse, however, involves the exploitation of an elderly individual for the abuser’s financial, personal, or — in this case — political gain.”

The doctor specifically referenced Jill Biden’s behavior following Joe Biden’s disastrous debate performance against then-candidate Donald Trump, now the sitting President of the United States. Viewers at the time were alarmed as Jill guided her visibly confused husband off stage.

“What was behind her insistence that he run for office when she, above all others, had to be aware of his failing cognitive capacities and declining physical health?” Dr. Healy asked. “Is she a loving spouse or a master manipulator, using his dependency on her to control his decision-making? If the latter, she is engaged in elder abuse.”

Shockingly, even left-leaning voices have echoed these concerns. Washington Post columnist and longtime Trump critic Sally Quinn didn’t hold back on the Tara Palmeri Show.

“I blame Jill Biden for this. Jill Biden is his wife. And if Jill Biden had stood up and gone to him and said, ‘Joe, you can’t do it’… He wouldn’t have run,” Quinn said bluntly.

“She clearly was in favor of his running, and I just think it was a terrible disservice to the country. She wasn’t protecting him… I thought it was elder abuse, really,” she added.

Donald Trump Jr. also weighed in, raising sharp questions about the former first lady’s potential role in concealing her husband’s health issues.

“What I want to know is how did Dr. Jill Biden miss stage five metastatic cancer or is this yet another coverup???” he posted on Truth Social.

Concerns about a cover-up only deepened after The New York Post reported that numerous medical professionals found it “inconceivable” that Biden’s prostate cancer went undetected until now. According to the report, the cancer was graded a Gleason score of 9 — among the most aggressive and advanced stages.

Dr. Howard Forman voiced disbelief in a post on X, writing: “It is inconceivable that this was not being followed before he left the Presidency.”

“Gleason grade 9 would have had an elevated PSA level for some time before this diagnosis. And he must have had a PSA test numerous times before. This is odd,” he continued. “I wish him well and hope he has an opportunity for maximizing his quality of life.”

Dr. Steven Quay also noted that the form of cancer Biden has is one of the easiest to detect early on.

“The PSA blood test shows the rate of cancer cell growth. For even with the most aggressive form, it is a 5-7 year journey without treatment before it becomes metastatic,” he explained. “Meaning, it would be malpractice for this patient to show up and be first diagnosed with metastatic disease in May 2025.”

“It is highly likely he was carrying a diagnosis of prostate cancer throughout his White House tenure and the American people were uninformed,” Quay concluded.

Fox News medical analyst Dr. Marc Siegel expressed alarm at how far the cancer had progressed.

“You’d expect someone in his position to have access to the best care available,” Siegel said. “It’s surprising—and frankly troubling—that it’s this far advanced.”

As questions continue to mount about the concealment of Joe Biden’s health issues during his presidency, Rep. Miller’s call for legal accountability against Jill Biden is igniting debate over whether political ambition was placed above the well-being of a declining elderly man — and the truth owed to the American people.
