Gutfeld Blasts Tarlov Over Epstein Outrage: ‘You Say The Same F-ing Thing’

Fox News host Greg Gutfeld wasn’t about to let co-host Jessica Tarlov rewrite history — or bury the truth about the Jeffrey Epstein scandal — in a fiery exchange on The Five this week.

Tarlov attempted to claim that the Trump administration’s declassification of documents exposing the Obama-era intelligence community’s politically driven hoax against Donald J. Trump was nothing more than a smokescreen to avoid scrutiny over Epstein. That’s when Gutfeld stepped in — and didn’t hold back.

Tarlov’s monologue began with a rehash of long-debunked talking points about Russian election interference in 2016. She referenced former President Obama and Senator Marco Rubio, clinging to the narrative that Moscow had a hand in helping Trump win — despite years of investigation that revealed no collusion.

“Marco Rubio… was the lead Republican who found that as well. This is such old news,” Tarlov said, claiming the Trump administration is “pulling out all of the greatest hits” to distract the public from the Epstein case.

But Gutfeld quickly cut through her narrative, calling out the left’s obsession with pushing a failed conspiracy theory while suddenly feigning interest in Epstein — only when it suits their political needs.

“We have to take this story seriously for years and it was false,” Gutfeld said, referring to the Russian collusion hoax.

He laid out what really happened: the Obama administration, unsatisfied with early intelligence assessments that showed Russia had no substantial impact on the 2016 election, allegedly orchestrated a new narrative through then-CIA Director John Brennan. That narrative, despite a lack of evidence, was fed to the media — who dutifully repeated it.

“They amplified a false conclusion that Trump colluded with Russia in 2016. We had to spend years dealing with that,” Gutfeld said.

When Tarlov sniped back, “Why did Durham do nothing then?” Gutfeld didn’t miss a beat, highlighting how the left demands investigations only when they serve a political purpose — and ignores the results when they don’t.

He then shifted to Epstein, obliterating the left’s sudden concern over the disgraced sex trafficker.

“You can bring up Epstein all you want. We, unlike Democrats, we can handle two things, three things, four things at once,” Gutfeld fired back.
“The right is more on top of Epstein than Democrats are. The Democrats never cared about Epstein until they saw a political motivation. The right was into the Epstein story because chil— women were big sex-trafficked. We actually cared!”

As Tarlov tried to play down the Epstein deflection, Gutfeld wasn’t letting her or the rest of the media off the hook.

“Save me your selective outrage,” he concluded.

The segment underscores a growing trend: legacy media and Democrat operatives scramble to change the subject any time damning information surfaces about Obama-era abuses of power. Whether it's Epstein or Russia, the left prefers distraction to accountability.
