Hunter Biden Whistleblower Suing Liberal Fox News Host

An ex-Biden family business associate turned whistleblower, alleging an international influence-peddling scheme by the Bidens, is taking legal action against Fox News host Jessica Tarlov for defamation.

Tarlov, a co-host on “The Five” known for her far-left views, initially suggested that the whistleblower's legal fees were funded by a political action committee linked to former President Donald Trump.

Despite requests from Tony Bobulinski’s legal team for an apology and retraction, both Tarlov and Fox News declined.

The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York by Bobulinski and his attorney Stefan Passantino, lists Tarlov as the sole defendant. It alleges that Tarlov committed defamation on March 20 by falsely claiming on “The Five” that Bobulinski’s legal representatives were being paid by Trump allies.

This statement was made shortly after Bobulinski's testimony before the House Oversight Committee regarding his firsthand knowledge of the Biden family’s business dealings.

In a social media post announcing the lawsuit, Bobulinski clarified that his motive is not personal gain but accountability in media reporting.

“I filed a lawsuit against Ms. Jessica Tarlov of Fox News for defamation," Bobulinski stated. "This is about the truth, which I've been fighting for four years. Lies have consequences."

He added, “I have consistently told the truth to the American people about the deep corruption of the Biden family and will continue to do so. I have paid my legal expenses out of pocket and will donate any awarded damages to charity."

Bobulinski, who first spoke out in October 2020 during interviews with Tucker Carlson, alleging corruption involving Joe and Hunter Biden, concluded, “I look forward to holding her accountable in court and continuing to bring the truth to the American people.”

As reported by Mediaite, Tarlov’s remarks on Fox News last Wednesday indicated that the Trump PAC had paid for legal services related to Bobulinski’s law firm, but these payments were not for Bobulinski's legal fees.

On the March 21 episode of “The Five,” Tarlov clarified her earlier comments, acknowledging that the Trump PAC paid for services rendered by Bobulinski’s law firm, not specifically for his legal fees.

Despite requests for a retraction and apology, Tarlov did not comply, leading to the legal action by Bobulinski.
