'It's a Big Win': Jury Renders Verdict on MyPillow CEO - But Mike Lindell Isn't Backing Down

The MyPillow CEO and unapologetic supporter of President Donald J. Trump (now serving his second term) was found liable on Monday by a Colorado jury in a defamation case brought by a former executive at Dominion Voting Systems. The ruling ordered Lindell and his free-speech platform, FrankSpeech, to pay $2.3 million in damages to Eric Coomer, Dominion’s former director of security and product strategy.

But despite the headline, Lindell sees the outcome as a win — especially for free speech.

While the mainstream media rushed to highlight the seven-figure judgment, Lindell emphasized the victory that his company, MyPillow, was found completely blameless. The jury rejected Coomer’s attempt to rope in the pillow giant for Lindell’s public commentary following the deeply contested 2020 election — commentary that millions of Americans agreed with at the time and still do.

“It’s a huge breakthrough [for] free speech and First Amendment rights,” Lindell told Rudy Giuliani on The Rudy Giuliani Show, which airs on LindellTV. “My employees, I’m sure, are celebrating right now.”

Coomer’s original demand? A staggering $62.7 million, according to the Associated Press. What he got was a fraction of that. And let’s not forget: Dominion already secured a mind-boggling $787 million from Fox News over similar claims — part of a broader attempt to silence dissent surrounding election integrity.

Lindell, appearing on War Room with Steve Bannon, remained defiant.

“It’s a big win, everybody,” he declared. “MyPillow 100 percent innocent. We got completely validated that we did nothing wrong, never did anything wrong … MyPillow is here to stay. We’re not going anywhere.”

While the left celebrates the ruling as a blow to Lindell, it’s clear he sees it as a First Amendment test — and a battle he’s still willing to fight. He’s already vowed to appeal.

That’s not to say he’s emerged unscathed. According to AP reporting, Lindell’s once-$60 million net worth has reportedly flipped to $10 million in debt, a sacrifice he’s openly linked to his stand for truth in the 2020 election aftermath.

But if Monday’s verdict proved anything, it’s that Lindell is far from finished — and so is the movement demanding accountability and transparency in America’s elections.
