Kash Patel Reveals Stunning Update: 'My House Just Got Swatted Yesterday'
In yet another disturbing example of politically motivated harassment, FBI Director Kash Patel revealed that his own home was the target of a swatting attempt earlier this week — part of a growing and dangerous trend directed at high-profile conservatives.
Patel made the shocking revelation during a candid appearance on “The Joe Rogan Experience,” which aired Friday on Spotify. The former Trump national security official, now leading the FBI under President Donald J. Trump’s second administration, confirmed the attack happened just one day prior.
“As director of the FBI, I have a responsibility: I’m not just going to bring a case because somebody hurt me,” Patel said. “They did… and they continue to do it. S***, my house just got swatted yesterday.”

View PlansHost Joe Rogan was stunned.
“The head of the FBI gets swatted?” he asked in disbelief.
“Yeah,” Patel replied. “These people play — it’s the ultimate height of hypocrisy. They have two sets of rules: One against you, one for them.”

Patel didn’t mince words about the politically charged double standards infecting law enforcement. He emphasized his commitment to transparency and accountability, pledging to work with Congress to expose what he called a corrupt, two-tiered system.
The Las Vegas affiliate KLAS-TV confirmed Patel’s account, reporting that police received a false emergency call around 11:15 a.m. Tuesday. The caller falsely claimed a violent crime was in progress at Patel’s Las Vegas home.
Fortunately, law enforcement was able to identify the hoax before deploying units, preventing what could have been a catastrophic escalation.
The crime of swatting — the act of making false emergency calls to provoke armed police responses at private residences — has increasingly become a weapon of choice for left-wing agitators targeting conservatives. The tactic puts innocent lives at risk and wastes critical law enforcement resources, yet it continues largely unchecked.
Patel has been outspoken about the need to address this trend. Back in March, he vowed to crack down on the targeting of conservatives through such underhanded tactics.
“This isn’t about politics — weaponizing law enforcement against ANY American is not only morally reprehensible but also endangers lives, including those of our officers,” Patel posted on X (formerly Twitter) on March 14. “That will not be tolerated. We are fully committed to working with local law enforcement to crack down on these crimes.”

I want to address the alarming rise in ‘Swatting’ incidents targeting media figures. The FBI is aware of this dangerous trend, and my team and I are already taking action to investigate and hold those responsible accountable.

This isn’t about politics—weaponizing law enforcement…
While the FBI has not issued a formal statement on the incident, this latest attempt to intimidate a sitting FBI Director underscores a sobering reality: Under the leadership of President Trump and Director Patel, America’s law-and-order agenda continues to face serious threats from radicals determined to silence conservative voices.
