Musk, Presler Rally Republicans In Crucial Wisconsin Election to Keep House Majority

DOGE leader Elon Musk and voter registration advocate Scott Presler are working tirelessly to rally Republican voters for a crucial Supreme Court election in Wisconsin, a key battleground state where control of the U.S. House could be at stake.
America PAC, a political action committee established by SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk to support President Donald Trump’s 2024 campaign, has allocated $1 million to assist conservative Supreme Court candidate Brad Schimel with canvassing and field operations.
Another Musk-supported organization, Building America’s Future, has committed $1.5 million to fund advertisements in support of Schimel.
Schimel’s opponent, liberal judge Susan Crawford, is competing in a race that will determine the ideological balance of Wisconsin’s highest court. The outcome holds significant implications, as a Crawford victory would preserve the court’s current 4-3 liberal majority. This could lead to a court ruling in favor of redistricting that would cost Republicans at least two U.S. House seats, potentially shifting control of the chamber to Democrats in 2026.
With Wisconsin’s government divided between a Democratic governor and a Republican-controlled legislature, the state’s Supreme Court has become a focal point of political power. As University of Wisconsin-Madison political scientist Barry Burden explained to CNN last month, the court "is the center of the action. It’s become a place where a lot of hot-button issues people care about get decided."
Meanwhile, Presler—credited with registering tens of thousands of Republican voters and playing a key role in flipping Pennsylvania red in the last election cycle—is raising alarms over the possibility of a repeat of Wisconsin’s 2023 judicial election. That race saw liberal-leaning Janet Protasiewicz defeat conservative candidate Dan Kelly, shifting the court’s balance in favor of Democrats.
“I tried to warn people in 2023, and here is what I’m saying now: if Wisconsinites don’t pay attention to this race, history is going to repeat itself, and you’re going to have this court stay under Democrat control,” Presler told Breitbart News on Friday.
The election is set for April 1.

Today is day 1.
Presler, who leads Early Vote Action—a group dedicated to registering Republican voters and promoting early voting in key swing states—has been actively emphasizing the importance of the upcoming race online. He has announced plans to spend two weeks in Wisconsin, focusing on securing a conservative victory in the Supreme Court contest.
“There is no party affiliation on the court, but we all can read in between the lines,” Presler remarked, describing Crawford as a “radical, rabid leftist.”
One of the race’s most critical implications, according to Presler, is the potential for Democrats to redraw legislative districts if Crawford wins, which could flip two Republican-held U.S. House seats. The districts in question are Rep. Bryan Steil’s (R-WI) 1st Congressional District in southeastern Wisconsin and Rep. Derrick Van Orden’s (R-WI) 3rd Congressional District in the state’s western region.
“It’s not just the Wisconsin Supreme Court,” Presler told Breitbart. “It’s potentially taking the House majority away from Republicans, therefore stalling President Trump and taking away his ability to govern and legislate.”
Musk has also acknowledged the race’s significance, along with Presler’s efforts. In a Feb. 27 tweet, he underscored the importance of the election, stating, “This is important,” in reference to the contest and the GOP activist’s work to secure a conservative court seat.

“I always believe that victory begets victory. I think we have a much more likelihood of winning these off-year Supreme Court elections, in part, because of our victory in 2024,” Presler told Breitbart. “This is a base-turnout election. If we get Trump voters out, then Brad Schimel will be our next Supreme Court justice.”
