Neighbor of Charlie Kirk Suspect Shares Damning Information

New details continue to emerge about Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old accused of murdering conservative leader Charlie Kirk during his American Comeback Tour stop at Utah Valley University.

According to The New York Post, Robinson was living with a transgender partner who is now cooperating fully with federal investigators. Public records identified the individual as 22-year-old Lance Twiggs, who shared the St. George, Utah apartment with Robinson.

A family member of Twiggs described the roommate as the “black sheep” of the family, but declined to clarify whether Twiggs and Robinson were romantically involved. The family member admitted that questions about Twiggs’ gender identity wouldn’t surprise her, adding only that police had indeed questioned her cousin.

Neighbors reported suspicious activity at the $1,800-a-month apartment. One recalled seeing multiple out-of-state vehicles coming and going in the weeks leading up to the assassination. “They didn’t give off a good vibe,” the neighbor said.

Chilling Exchange Before the Shooting

Moments before he was gunned down, Kirk—an outspoken evangelical Christian and defender of biblical marriage—was asked a pointed question about transgender mass shooters.

“Do you know how many transgender Americans have been mass shooters over the last 10 years?” asked attendee Hunter Kozak.
“Too many,” Kirk replied.
“Do you know how many mass shooters there have been in America over the last 10 years?” Kozak pressed.
“Counting or not counting gang violence?” Kirk clarified.

Seconds later, the Turning Point USA founder was struck in the neck by a bullet and fatally wounded.

Evidence Points to Radical Leftist Ideology

Authorities revealed that Robinson’s roommate provided crucial evidence, including Discord messages in which Robinson allegedly discussed retrieving a rifle from a “drop point” and referenced bullet casings—later found at the crime scene with the words “Hey fascist!” and “Catch!” scrawled on them.

Investigators recovered an imported .30-06 Mauser bolt-action rifle wrapped in a towel roughly 200 yards from where the shots were fired. The affidavit also detailed Robinson’s online communications, which included references to changing clothes after the attack.

Based on the evidence, Robinson was charged with aggravated murder, a capital offense eligible for the death penalty.

Though raised in a conservative Mormon household, Robinson was not affiliated with either major political party. Authorities say his recent radicalization was unmistakable.

“It’s very clear to us and to the investigators that this was a person who was deeply indoctrinated with leftist ideology,” Utah Gov. Spencer Cox told the Wall Street Journal.

Charlie Kirk’s Legacy

Kirk, 31, was widely known for his unwavering opposition to the radical LGBT agenda, gender transition procedures, and same-sex marriage. Yet he always approached such issues with reason and compassion, guided by his Christian faith. His assassination is a sobering reminder of the violent extremism that grows unchecked when leftist ideology festers.
