New ‘Russiagate’ Evidence Implicates Hillary Clinton: ‘Should Be In Jail’

Top-rated conservative commentator Megyn Kelly unleashed a blistering takedown of Hillary Clinton on Thursday following the Trump administration's declassification of new documents tied to the phony “Russiagate” scandal—a political hit job that weaponized federal intelligence agencies against President Donald J. Trump.

The documents, newly released from the annex to Special Counsel John Durham’s report, provide yet more damning evidence that Clinton’s 2016 campaign orchestrated the lie that Trump “colluded” with Russia to win the presidency. That lie, now definitively discredited, served as the foundation for years of unlawful surveillance, media smears, and baseless investigations targeting Trump and his allies.

Kelly, during a powerful segment on her show, condemned Clinton’s actions as “blatantly corrupt” and called for criminal accountability.

“This woman should be in jail. Literally, Hillary Clinton should be behind bars. And so should the people who worked for her who did this,” Kelly said. “She wanted to distract from her email scandal. She cooked up a plan to accuse Trump of being a Russian agent in order to distract from her own legitimate scandal.”

Kelly noted that the intelligence community appeared complicit in promoting Clinton’s fabricated narrative, accusing agencies of being “only too happy to assist.”

“She made up a scandal about Trump being a Russian asset... and it appears they were only too happy to assist. That’s what this scandal’s about,” she added. “Pieces of it we knew. New pieces are coming in by the day thanks to these declassifications. And it’s downright shocking.”

Referencing a detailed analysis published by journalist Michael Shellenberger on his Substack Public, Kelly emphasized that the newly revealed annex to the Durham report exposes even deeper levels of deception and foreign awareness of the Clinton plot.

“Do not believe that there’s no there there. The people who are saying that are wrong,” she said. “It now looks like the Russians didn’t hack the DNC. That they were not the ones who hacked the DNC, but they were hacking other people.”

According to Kelly’s breakdown, Russian operatives reportedly hacked into the electronic communications of Clinton campaign officials—not the DNC servers as previously claimed—and discovered the plan to falsely accuse Trump of working with the Kremlin.

Even more shocking, it was Dutch intelligence agents monitoring the Russian hackers who uncovered the plot and sounded the alarm to U.S. officials. But rather than confront Clinton’s campaign over what now appears to be a premeditated hoax, the Comey-led FBI used the information to justify launching Crossfire Hurricane—the Obama-era operation that targeted the Trump campaign with false pretenses.

“The Dutch said, ‘Yo, hey, this is bad,’” Kelly recalled. “And the FBI... they used it not to stop the hoax—but to advance it.”

Kelly didn’t mince words about the double standard in how the Justice Department has treated Democrats versus Trump’s associates.

“Why haven’t these people been arrested? Why was Michael Flynn prosecuted but not these people? Why did Carter Page get spied on but not these people?” she asked.

“This sh*t’s crazy, what she did,” Kelly fumed. “She’s still walking around acting like she won and he stole this election... She’s not delusional. She’s a liar to her core.”

The newly revealed Durham annex raises further questions about the FBI’s role, foreign awareness of the Clinton scheme, and how high up the chain the approval went. One thing is clear: the “Russian collusion” narrative wasn’t just false—it was a deliberate political weapon crafted at the highest levels of the Clinton campaign and seemingly aided by willing partners in the U.S. intelligence community.
