Obama-Era Officials Silent On Fake Russia Hoax Allegations
Key figures from the Obama administration have gone silent after newly declassified documents reveal their central role in what Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard is now calling a “treasonous conspiracy” to undermine President Donald J. Trump’s first term in office.
In a stunning release on Friday, Gabbard declassified a series of intelligence records exposing what she described as “overwhelming evidence” that Obama and his top national security officials deliberately manufactured and politicized intelligence to falsely allege Russian interference in the 2016 election. The goal, according to Gabbard, was to delegitimize Trump’s presidency before it began.
Among the high-profile names directly implicated: former President Barack Obama, then-CIA Director John Brennan, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, National Security Advisor Susan Rice, Secretary of State John Kerry, Attorney General Loretta Lynch, and Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe.

“The information we are releasing today clearly shows there was a treasonous conspiracy in 2016 committed by officials at the highest level of our government,” she said. “Their goal was to subvert the will of the American people and enact what was essentially a years-long coup with the objective of trying to usurp the President from fulfilling the mandate bestowed upon him by the American people.”
In response, Gabbard issued a criminal referral to the Department of Justice on Monday. While DOJ officials have yet to disclose specific targets, Gabbard emphasized that this is not about partisan payback — it’s about safeguarding the Republic.
“This is not a partisan issue,” she said. “This concerns every American.”
She further warned that the abuse of power shown by the Obama-era intelligence and law enforcement apparatus “threatens the very foundation and integrity of our democratic republic.”
“No matter how powerful, every person involved in this conspiracy must be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, to ensure nothing like this ever happens again,” Gabbard said.
“As such, I am providing all documents to the Department of Justice to deliver the accountability that President Trump, his family, and the American people deserve.”
The revelations have reignited calls for aggressive legal action.
General Michael Flynn, a former Trump National Security Advisor who himself was targeted in the early stages of the Russia hoax, told podcast host Benny Johnson that Obama’s Washington, D.C., mansion should be raided, comparing the situation to the DOJ’s controversial raid of President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence.
“Just as was done to President Trump… I do think that what the DOJ should be considering, if not getting ready to conduct, is a raid of Barack Obama’s home up there at Kalorama in Washington DC,” Flynn said.
“There should, at a minimum, be a task force assembled of federal law enforcement authorities as well as an assigned, dedicated prosecutor at the DOJ level… This has got to happen very quickly.”
Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL), speaking on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo, detailed potential criminal violations committed by Obama-era officials involved in the plot.
“There needs to be criminal prosecution and arrests. Lying under oath, putting out a false intelligence report — that’s a violation of 18 U.S. Code 1001,” Luna said.
“This is not partisan. This is simply illegal, what they did, and we’re simply upholding the law.”

As President Trump continues to lead the nation in his second term, this declassified intelligence bombshell may mark a pivotal turning point — not just for restoring trust in the federal government, but for holding accountable those who attempted to subvert it from within.
