Paid Agitators Among Those Involved In Anti-ICE Riots: Report

As left-wing mobs continue to wreak havoc at anti-ICE protests nationwide, a California-based protest-for-hire firm is pulling back the curtain on a disturbing reality: many of these so-called demonstrations aren’t spontaneous acts of civil disobedience — they’re carefully orchestrated operations, possibly bankrolled and even tipped off from within law enforcement itself.

Adam Swart, CEO of Crowds on Demand, told Fox News Digital that his firm has been approached with numerous high-dollar offers to supply demonstrators for anti-ICE events. He claims his company routinely turns down these jobs, citing legal concerns, especially when violence or lawbreaking is involved.

“We receive inquiries regarding practically every major social cause imaginable, and the anti-ICE demonstrations are no exception,” Swart said. “The fact that we receive requests does not mean we take them, in many cases, because the budget does not match the ambition.”

According to Swart, some anti-ICE organizers have offered “numerous high budget requests” to orchestrate protests. But his firm won’t touch them, he says, because “they do not want to get close to any form of illegal activity, including violence, vandalism or blocking off roads without a permit.”

Founded in 2012 while Swart was studying at UCLA, Crowds on Demand claims to operate legally, but his insights into how the darker side of protest culture functions paint a troubling picture of how manufactured outrage has become big business — and possibly, a national security threat.

Swart detailed how other protest-for-hire firms operate in the shadows, often with startling efficiency.

“These groups deploy protesters within minutes using geolocation tools and encrypted chats,” he said. “Only compensated activists move that fast.”

In Swart’s words, the real danger comes not from peaceful demonstrators but from a criminal class of agitators exploiting political movements for personal or ideological gain.

“What you’re seeing from the agitators should not be logged in with the broader protest movement... These are pirates. These are psychopaths, and their behavior should not be tolerated.”

Even more alarming: Swart believes insider leaks from ICE may be helping leftist protest mobs show up at enforcement sites in real-time.

“I strongly believe that there are ICE informants who are providing information to demonstrators about the locations of the raids,” Swart said. “There were hundreds of demonstrators that showed up with just a few minutes’ notice at the locations of the raids. That is difficult to do.”

While he stopped short of naming names, Swart’s assessment echoes what many in law enforcement and conservative circles have suspected for years: the open-borders Left is willing to weaponize civil unrest to shield illegal immigration — even if it means undermining federal agents from the inside.

Swart emphasized that the logistics of these protests — which often feature large crowds arriving at odd hours, with near-military speed — don’t resemble grassroots organizing.

“That sounds a lot more like a rapid reaction force than a group of passionate demonstrators,” he warned.

He also suggested that rather than paying rioters directly, some groups are laundering compensation through high-end perks like legal defense funds and luxury accommodations.

“Instead of direct cash payments, groups offer expensive legal defense packages and luxury accommodations as a workaround — compensating illegal action without ever calling it that,” he said. “Expect to see protest leaders put up in boutique hotels ‘awaiting trial.’”

As America watches cities burn and law enforcement struggle to contain riots disguised as protests, this revelation raises urgent questions: Who’s funding the chaos? Who’s leaking the plans? And how deep does the corruption go?
