Portland Antifa Operatives Planning Coordinated Action to Take Down Federal Aircraft: Report
For a group the Left insists “doesn’t exist,” Antifa sure seems to have an awful lot of structure, coordination, and criminal intent.
According to independent journalist Andy Ngo, the Portland chapter of Antifa recently laid out an organized plan to attack federal aircraft — yes, you read that right — using high-powered lasers aimed at “spy planes” flying over the city’s ICE facility.
President Donald J. Trump has long recognized the threat Antifa poses to public safety and national security. His administration formally designated the group a domestic terrorist organization, a move that establishment pundits and progressive activists dismissed as “political theater.”
But as usual, the facts tell a different story.
On Thursday, Ngo exposed Antifa’s latest violent scheme in a post on X:
“A Portland Antifa blog has announced that at 9 p.m. on Oct. 11, they plan to organize a laser attack to try to crash a federal aircraft flying over the ICE facility,” Ngo wrote. “Antifa plan to gather at multiple locations across the city and deploy lasers in an attempt to ground all ‘spy planes.’ This will also serve as a distraction so other militants can take more ‘daring actions’ elsewhere in the city.”
Ngo also shared an archived version of the since-deleted blog post — a chilling look into the mindset of a domestic extremist movement the mainstream media still pretends doesn’t exist.

In the post, Antifa radicals urged their followers to “fight back” by targeting law enforcement aircraft with lasers:
“All you need is a laser,” the post instructed. “Leave home – they can see where the laser is coming from. Go to a park, a field, or some other public place, and once the clock strikes 9 unleash your beam at the cop copter. Mask up. Coordinate with friends to throw a laser party! Let’s take back the night together! It won’t take many of us to ground the helicopters!”
The post even provided criminal how-to advice:
“Lasers have the clear downside of being easily traced back to their source, especially from the air... Be ready to dispose of the laser if you need to – wear gloves and clean it with alcohol in case you have to toss it in a hurry. Consider taking precautions to keep DNA off of it as well.”
This wasn’t just reckless rhetoric — it was a coordinated call for a domestic terror attack against federal agents.
As Ngo noted, the tactic isn’t new. The Department of Homeland Security recently announced the arrest of four criminal illegal immigrants for using lasers to target federal helicopters, part of a disturbing trend that first appeared during the 2020 BLM–Antifa riots, when officers suffered permanent eye injuries from similar laser strikes.
Yet, in spite of clear evidence, corporate media outlets continue to mock conservatives for calling Antifa a genuine threat — all while ignoring the violence the group routinely incites.
President Trump’s second-term administration has made cracking down on left-wing extremism a priority, warning that Antifa’s ongoing attempts to destabilize American cities and assault federal officers represent a direct threat to public safety and national order.
Meanwhile, the Left pretends this is all a “myth.” But Americans can read the radicals’ own words — and see exactly what’s being organized in the open.
The question isn’t whether Antifa exists. It’s whether Democrats are finally ready to admit they’ve been lying about it all along.
