Putin Knew Clinton Had Physical, ‘Psycho-Emotional’ Problems in 2016: Gabbard

A newly declassified House Intelligence Committee report has confirmed that Russian intelligence gathered explosive information on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s serious health problems during the 2016 presidential campaign but chose not to release it because they believed she would win.

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard declassified the report on Wednesday, exposing how Russia’s SVR foreign intelligence service knew Clinton was suffering from “psycho-emotional problems” and taking “heavy tranquilizers” to manage uncontrolled mood swings.

“Clinton was placed on a daily regimen of ‘heavy tranquilizers,’ and while afraid of losing, she remained ‘obsessed with a thirst for power,’” the report states.

The committee’s findings were based on interviews with 20 intelligence officers and FBI agents and a review of source material that informed the 2017 Obama-ordered report on Russian election interference.

By September 2016, even then-President Barack Obama and top Democratic leaders reportedly viewed Clinton’s deteriorating health as “extraordinarily alarming” and feared it could devastate her chances against Donald Trump that November.

The 77-year-old Clinton was allegedly battling Type 2 diabetes, ischemic heart disease, deep vein thrombosis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, according to the SVR’s assessments. Her advisers, the report noted, kept the full extent of her condition under “the strictest secrecy.”

The SVR also obtained a campaign email indicating Clinton personally approved a scheme to falsely link Vladimir Putin and Russian hackers to Donald Trump’s campaign to “distract the [American] public” from her own private email server scandal.

“There appears to be clear evidence Secretary Clinton was willing to fabricate a narrative to protect herself politically,” one intelligence source familiar with the report said.

At a White House press briefing, Gabbard asserted the declassified materials prove the Obama administration deliberately weaponized the intelligence community to delegitimize Trump before and after his victory.

“This was a coordinated effort to manufacture a narrative that Trump colluded with Russia,” Gabbard said. “The evidence now shows that the Obama administration engaged in a coup attempt against a duly elected president.”

She also confirmed Russia’s possession of damaging health information on Clinton, including “uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness” brought on by psycho-emotional instability.

Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS) echoed Gabbard’s revelations, accusing Clinton of being power-obsessed even as her health faltered:

“Here’s the truth. Yes, look at the evidence. Here’s a report from the Oval Office. Barack Obama is given a report from the intelligence agency saying that Russia had minimal impact on the election, and Barack says, ‘Oh no, let’s change that narrative,’” Marshall said.

“Otherwise, how in the world could Hillary Clinton be beaten? Never mind that she was on tranquilizers at the time and to her wits’ end, and was craving for all the power she can get,” he added.

In the wake of Gabbard’s disclosures, the Department of Justice announced late Wednesday the creation of a “strike force” to fully investigate Obama administration officials’ role in manufacturing the Trump-Russia collusion narrative.

A Justice Department source told Fox News Digital that “everything is being assessed and that no major leads are off the table.” The DOJ’s National Security Division is expected to be heavily involved, and officials have signaled they view the alleged weaponization of the intelligence community “with the utmost seriousness.”

The development marks a major escalation in the ongoing efforts by President Donald J. Trump’s administration to hold accountable those who orchestrated the Russia hoax that plagued his first term.
