In a chilling example of how deep the Left’s disdain for Trump voters runs, a Texas pediatrician was fired this week after publicly celebrating the suffering of flood victims in the state — simply because they were MAGA supporters.

Dr. Christina B. Propst, formerly employed by Blue Fish Pediatrics in Houston, came under fire after posting a vile and divisive message to Facebook during the devastating flash floods in Kerr County, Texas, that killed over 100 people, including innocent children.

“May all visitors, children, non-MAGA voters and pets be safe and dry,” she wrote in the now-deleted post. “Kerr County MAGA voted to gut FEMA. They deny climate change. May they get what they voted for. Bless their hearts.”

Let that sink in. A licensed pediatrician — someone entrusted to care for children — essentially cheered on the suffering of families, all because of their political beliefs.

The post quickly went viral after Dr. Lynn Fynn-derella shared a screenshot on X (formerly Twitter), racking up over 4.4 million views and prompting fierce backlash.

In response, Blue Fish Pediatrics released a statement expressing sympathy for the flood victims and making it clear that Propst’s words were “not reflective of the values, standards, or mission” of the organization.

“We do not support or condone any statement that politicizes tragedy, diminishes human dignity, or fails to clearly uphold compassion for every child and family, regardless of backgrounds or beliefs,” the statement read. The clinic first placed Propst on administrative leave — then fired her outright.

But Propst isn’t the only one weaponizing disaster for political gain.

In the wake of the floods, Democrat officials such as Rep. Joaquin Castro (TX) and Washington Gov. Jay Inslee rushed to the cameras to parrot the usual climate change narrative, using the deaths of their fellow Americans to push progressive talking points before many victims were even found.

And it’s part of a larger, darker pattern on the radical Left — one that shows increasing contempt for anyone who supports President Donald Trump or holds conservative values.

According to Axios, some Democrat lawmakers have even raised alarm over the bloodthirsty rhetoric coming from their own supporters. One unnamed House Democrat described the mood:

“Some of [our grassroots voters] have suggested… what we really need to do is be willing to get shot.”

Another reported that constituents told them “civility isn’t working” and that violence is necessary to “protect our democracy.”

Let’s be clear: this is no longer just political disagreement. This is a dangerous ideology fueled by hatred, fanned by the media, and now openly expressed by professionals, politicians, and activists who see half the country not as fellow Americans — but as enemies to be mocked or destroyed.

The radical Left has spent years demonizing Trump voters, attacking Christianity, mocking traditional values, and now — justifying death and suffering when those they disagree with face tragedy.

It’s a combustible mix — and Democrats are now realizing that the fire they lit may be about to explode in their own hands.

Because while they accuse conservatives of being the danger, it’s the Left that’s cheering for death, calling for violence, and setting the country ablaze with hatred.
