Trump Absolves Biden, Says ‘Treasonous’ Staff ‘Thugs’ Destroyed Country
President Donald Trump took aim at the Biden administration Tuesday, making it clear that the unraveling of U.S. security and sovereignty was not simply a result of President Joe Biden's personal policies, but the consequence of unelected operatives working behind the scenes—individuals who, according to Trump, were fully aware of Biden’s declining cognitive state and exploited it for political control.
In a post on Truth Social, President Trump laid the blame for the ongoing border catastrophe squarely on the shoulders of Biden’s staff, claiming they deliberately hijacked the presidency to enact radical policies that endangered the country. He argued that Biden himself never campaigned on open borders and accused those around him of committing “treason.”
“Joe Biden was not for Open Borders, he never talked about Open Borders, where criminals of all kinds, shapes, and sizes, can flow into our Country at will,” Trump wrote. “It wasn’t his idea to Open the Border, and almost destroy our Country, and cost us Hundreds of Billions of Dollars to get criminals out of our Country, and go through the process we are going through now. It was the people that knew he was cognitively impaired, and that took over the Autopen. They stole the Presidency of the United States, and put us in Great Danger.”
“This is TREASON at the Highest Level! They did it to destroy our Country. The Joe Biden that everybody knew would never allow drug dealers, gang members, and the mentally insane to come into our Country totally unchecked and unvetted. All anyone has to do is look up his record,” Trump continued. “Something very severe should happen to these Treasonous Thugs that wanted to destroy our Country, but couldn’t, because I came along. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”
Trump’s remarks come amid renewed scrutiny of Biden’s mental and physical health, following bombshell revelations from a new book co-authored by Axios’ Alex Thompson and CNN’s Jake Tapper. The book, based on over 200 interviews with insiders from the White House and Democratic Party, paints a disturbing picture of a commander-in-chief in visible decline.
According to the authors, Biden’s aides at one point considered placing him in a wheelchair, and the president allegedly failed to recognize Hollywood actor and longtime personal friend George Clooney at a fundraising event. These concerning accounts have only added fuel to the growing fire surrounding Biden's fitness for office.
Just days before the book’s publication, Biden’s team made a stunning announcement: the former president had been diagnosed with an “aggressive” form of prostate cancer. The timing raised red flags, prompting a wave of skepticism from medical professionals, political analysts, and President Trump himself, who questioned how such a serious illness went unnoticed for so long.
“The other thing is, you have to say, why did it take so long when you — this takes a long time,” Trump said Monday in the Oval Office. “It can take years to get to this level of danger. So it’s a — look, it’s a very, very sad situation, and I feel very badly about it, and I think people should try and find out what happened.”
Reports indicate that Biden’s last publicly disclosed prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test occurred in 2014. That nearly decade-long gap has only deepened concerns about transparency and competence during his tenure in office.
A spokesperson for Biden responded to media inquiries by saying, “President Biden’s last known PSA was in 2014. Prior to Friday, President Biden had never been diagnosed with prostate cancer,” according to Fox News.
The PSA test, a standard screening tool for prostate cancer, measures levels of a protein produced by cells in the prostate. As noted by the Mayo Clinic, elevated PSA levels can indicate cancer but may also result from benign conditions such as inflammation or an enlarged prostate.
“The PSA test can detect high levels of PSA that may indicate the presence of prostate cancer,” the clinic states on its website. “However, many other conditions, such as an enlarged or inflamed prostate, also can increase PSA levels. Therefore, determining what a high PSA score means can be complicated.”
