Trump Demands George Soros, Son Face Federal Charges

President Donald J. Trump is calling for federal racketeering charges against billionaire Democratic donor George Soros and his son, Alexander Soros, accusing them of backing radical activist networks responsible for violent unrest across the United States.

In a post on Truth Social Wednesday, the president argued that the Soros political machine should face prosecution under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), a federal law commonly used to target organized criminal enterprises.

“George Soros, and his wonderful Radical Left son, should be charged with RICO because of their support of Violent Protests, and much more, all throughout the United States of America,” Trump wrote.

“We’re not going to allow these lunatics to rip apart America any more, never giving it so much as a chance to ‘BREATHE,’ and be FREE. Soros, and his group of psychopaths, have caused great damage to our Country! That includes his Crazy, West Coast friends. Be careful, we’re watching you! Thank you for your attention to this matter!” Trump added.

Soros Political Network Under Scrutiny

The remarks come as Alexander Soros increasingly assumes control of operations tied to his father’s sprawling philanthropic and political infrastructure, including the influential Open Society Foundations.

For years, George Soros has been one of the Democratic Party’s largest donors, funding progressive political organizations, activist groups, and campaigns across the country. His network has drawn particular criticism from conservatives for helping finance efforts to elect progressive district attorneys who critics argue have weakened enforcement against repeat violent offenders.

Before leaving office earlier this year, former President Joe Biden awarded Soros the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the nation’s highest civilian honor.

Protest Raises New Questions

Trump’s comments also come amid growing scrutiny over organized activist demonstrations tied to far-left groups.

Earlier this week, as U.S. and Israeli forces continued military strikes against Iran, a protest took place outside the new headquarters of Palantir Technologies in Aventura, Florida, near Miami.

During the demonstration, one protester struck a piñata designed to resemble President Trump while several attendees watched and applauded.

Palantir is a major government contractor that provides advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence capabilities to U.S. military and law enforcement agencies. Among its projects is Project Maven, a Pentagon initiative that uses AI and machine learning to analyze large data sets for targeting and intelligence operations.

According to reporting from Fox News Digital, the protest was not a spontaneous grassroots gathering but rather part of a coordinated effort involving several activist organizations.

One of the participants striking the Trump piñata was identified as Britney Cooke, a member of the All-African People’s Revolutionary Party, a group that openly advocates for what it calls an “international socialist revolution.”

The organization has repeatedly denounced what it describes as “US hegemony” and the “American empire,” while calling for an “anti-imperialist mass revolutionary movement” within the United States.

Ties to a Broader Activist Network

A review of nonprofit filings, grant records, and organizing materials suggests the demonstration was orchestrated by organizations operating within a broader activist network tied to far-left donors, including Soros and tech businessman Neville Roy Singham.

Among the groups reportedly involved is the Party for Socialism and Liberation, an activist organization that openly opposes U.S. foreign policy and has expressed support for regimes hostile to American interests.

Critics argue the protests raise deeper questions about whether well-funded activist infrastructures are being deployed to influence public opinion against U.S. defense contractors and national security initiatives.

A spokesperson for Palantir declined to comment on the protest, while Singham did not respond to requests for comment.

Concerns About Foreign Influence

Chuck Flint, president of the Alliance for IRS Accountability and a former Florida assistant prosecutor, told Fox News the coordinated activism appears far from organic.

“This type of fake activism disturbs me,” Flint said. “These groups are helping China and hurting the United States.”

“This is certainly not grassroots activism,” Flint added. “It looks more like a foreign influence operation that is actually weaponizing American tax laws to undermine American national security interests.”

Flint also noted the timing of the protest, pointing out that U.S. troops are currently relying on Palantir technology in combat operations.

“It’s coming at a time when U.S. troops are relying on Palantir technology in active combat right now,” he said.

Analysts say the activity reflects a broader and increasingly sophisticated protest infrastructure involving tax-exempt nonprofit groups, coordinated messaging campaigns, and demonstrations organized across multiple cities.

Fox News further reported that some of the same networks supporting these protest movements have also expressed support for governments known for aggressive surveillance practices and serious human rights abuses—particularly as China intensifies its technological and artificial intelligence competition with the United States.
