Trump Furious as Newly Released Documents Show Biden Admin Targeted Charlie Kirk's Turning Point USA

Every American who lived through the failed presidency of Joe Biden remembers the suffocating authoritarianism that defined his years in office. From government-backed censorship of speech online, to COVID-19 lockdowns and mandates, to the political weaponization of the Justice Department and FBI, Biden governed not as a president, but as a tyrant.

Now, new revelations show that Biden’s corruption went even further than many realized.

On Tuesday night, President Donald J. Trump took to Truth Social to condemn the exposure of a sweeping Biden-era operation that secretly targeted scores of conservative groups, including the late Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point USA.

“Why was the wonderful Turning Point under INVESTIGATION by ‘Deranged’ Jack Smith and the Corrupt & Incompetent Biden Administration,” Trump posted. “They tried to force Charlie, and many other people and movements, out of business. They Weaponized the Justice Department against Sleepy Joe Biden’s Political Opponents, including ME!”

The shocking details came out during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on FBI oversight. Chairman Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) unveiled internal documents proving that under the codename “Arctic Frost,” Biden’s FBI launched expansive surveillance and investigative efforts against conservative organizations, falsely branding them threats to democracy.

“The case was expanded to Republican organizations,” Grassley revealed. “Some examples of the groups the Wray FBI sought to place under political investigation included the Republican National Committee, Republican Attorneys General Association and Trump political groups.”

Grassley went on to detail the unprecedented scope of Biden’s political dragnet:

“In total, 92 Republican targets, including Republican groups and Republican-linked individuals, were placed under the investigative scope of Arctic Frost,” Grassley said. “On that political list was one of Charlie Kirk’s groups, Turning Point USA.”

Among the evidence Grassley introduced was a six-page FBI file containing subpoenas for bank records. Turning Point USA’s name appears on the fourth page.

This revelation comes just a week after tragedy struck the conservative movement when 22-year-old leftist Tyler Robinson allegedly assassinated Charlie Kirk in Utah. Prosecutors have said Robinson could face the death penalty.

Kirk’s death—followed by the discovery that Biden’s Justice Department had already placed his organization under political investigation—only reinforces what conservatives have long known: the left’s hatred is not limited to words. It is systemic, vindictive, and dangerous.

In the days since the assassination, thousands of leftist activists have been exposed for openly mocking or even celebrating Kirk’s murder. While many of these individuals have lost jobs or faced consequences, the truth remains—if they cheered Kirk’s death, they would cheer ours too.

That same deep-seated hatred ran through the veins of Biden’s political operatives. Unlike anonymous Twitter trolls, they had the power of the federal government at their disposal. They used it to crush dissent, silence conservatives, and criminalize Trump supporters.

Biden and his allies proved they believed the Constitution and rule of law did not apply to conservatives. That is the legacy of Joe Biden’s presidency—a legacy of tyranny.
