Trump Names Person He Believes Was In Charge Of Biden’s Autopen

President Donald J. Trump is calling for a full federal investigation into the use of the autopen during Joe Biden’s presidency, accusing senior Biden officials—specifically longtime Democrat insider Lisa Monaco—of orchestrating a massive deception to conceal Biden’s cognitive decline and illegitimately exercise executive power.

Speaking to reporters, President Trump pointedly addressed who was really calling the shots in the Biden White House:

“You know, we’re moving murderers out of our country that were put here by Biden or the autopen,” Trump said. “The autopen really did it.”

He didn’t mince words about who he believed was responsible:

“The people, whether it’s Lisa Monaco or whoever operated the autopen, these are criminals—people are criminals and allowed these criminals into our country,” he added.

Lisa Monaco: The Power Behind the Pen?

Lisa Monaco is no stranger to the halls of power. She served as Homeland Security and Counterterrorism Advisor during the Obama administration and returned under Biden as Deputy Attorney General. There, she oversaw what became the largest political crackdown in U.S. Department of Justice history: the January 6th prosecutions.

Monaco's coordination with the D.C. U.S. Attorney’s Office led to the aggressive application of the rarely-used and controversial charge of “obstruction of an official proceeding” against Americans who protested at the Capitol.

Her influence in shaping Biden-era DOJ policy is well-documented. And now, she's taken her talents to Big Tech—Microsoft, specifically—as their new Head of Global Affairs, raising even more concerns about the revolving door between Democrat administrations and powerful multinational corporations.

Trump: This Is “One of the Most Dangerous Scandals in American History”

President Trump issued a bombshell memo on Wednesday, formally requesting Attorney General Pam Bondi open a probe into senior Biden officials for allegedly abusing the power of the presidency through autopen use.

“In recent months, it has become increasingly apparent that former President Biden’s aides abused the power of Presidential signatures through the use of an autopen to conceal Biden’s cognitive decline and assert Article II authority,” Trump wrote.
“This conspiracy marks one of the most dangerous and concerning scandals in American history. The American public was purposefully shielded from discovering who wielded the executive power, all while Biden’s signature was deployed across thousands of documents to effect radical policy shifts,” the memo continued.
“If his advisors secretly used the mechanical signature pen to conceal this incapacity, while taking radical executive actions all in his name, that would constitute an unconstitutional wielding of the power of the Presidency,” Trump warned.

Biden Responds with Denial—Blames GOP

Biden, who has faced growing questions about his fitness for office, dismissed Trump’s claims in a statement Wednesday.

“I made the decisions about the pardons, executive orders, legislation, and proclamations. Any suggestion that I didn’t is ridiculous and false,” Biden insisted.

His office called Trump’s memo “nothing more than a distraction,” attacking Congressional Republicans for pushing “disastrous legislation” and claiming their focus on the autopen was a ploy to hide tax cuts for the wealthy.

But Biden's reassurances haven’t convinced conservatives—or the American people—who increasingly question whether the 46th president was ever truly in command.

Trump's focus on Monaco, now embedded in Big Tech, underscores the broader concern: Was the executive branch hijacked by unelected bureaucrats and political operatives hiding behind a mechanical pen?

This scandal could have sweeping implications for every executive order, every federal appointment, and every proclamation made under Biden’s name.
