Trump Signs Executive Order to Secure America’s Elections

In a decisive move to fortify the sanctity of the American ballot box, President Donald J. Trump signed a sweeping executive order on Tuesday titled “Ensuring Citizenship Verification and Integrity in Federal Elections.” The directive marks the most significant federal effort in modern history to ensure that only American citizens participate in the nation’s democratic process and to secure the vulnerabilities inherent in mail-in voting.

The order arrives as a direct response to the "open border" legacy of the previous administration, which critics argue created unprecedented risks to election security.
