Trump Was Right: Bombshell FBI Affidavit Released, Lists 5 Jarring Irregularities in 2020 Georgia Vote Counts - Some Already 'Substantiated'
Six years after the contentious 2020 presidential race, renewed scrutiny is once again falling on election procedures—particularly in Fulton County, Georgia—raising fresh questions that many supporters of President Donald J. Trump have insisted deserve serious examination.
For years, critics of the official narrative surrounding the 2020 election have argued that significant irregularities were never fully investigated. Now, according to reporting from Just The News, federal authorities appear to be taking a closer look at alleged issues tied to ballot handling and vote tabulation in Georgia’s most populous county.
The outlet reported Tuesday that the FBI has “substantiated” notable irregularities related to vote counting. Investigators are now tasked with determining whether any findings point to intentional violations of federal law, a development that has reignited debate among lawmakers, election watchdogs, and voters who remain skeptical of past assurances.
Last month, FBI special agent Hugh Raymond Evans reportedly submitted an affidavit outlining probable cause for a law enforcement operation that led to the seizure of approximately 700 election boxes from Fulton County facilities. The action underscores a broader push to reexamine processes that critics have long claimed were insufficiently transparent.
WAGA-TV reported that Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard was present during the operation, having been directed by President Trump to observe developments as part of her responsibilities related to national election security.
According to the affidavit, investigators conducted numerous interviews that yielded several allegations concerning election practices in Fulton County. While some claims could not be substantiated, Just The News reported that at least five concerns were verified during the investigation.
Among the most troubling findings cited were the absence of scanned images for every ballot from both the original count and the recount—totaling 528,777 ballots and 527,925 ballots respectively. Officials also acknowledged that certain ballots were scanned multiple times during the recount process.
Further concerns arose during a Risk Limiting Audit, where auditors identified inconsistencies between vote tallies and the actual ballots contained within specific batches. Observers described discrepancies significant enough to warrant additional scrutiny.
Auditors also reported discovering absentee ballots that had, “never been creased or folded, as would be required for the ballot to be mailed to the voter and for the ballot to be returned in the sealed envelope requiring the voter’s signature for authentication.” The finding has intensified calls from election integrity advocates demanding a full accounting of how ballots were processed.
Additional inconsistencies reportedly emerged when comparing total ballot counts between the initial tally and the recount. The original count recorded 527,925 ballots, while the recount reflected 511,343—representing a difference of 17,434 ballots that critics say requires further explanation.
For many conservatives, these revelations lend new weight to longstanding concerns about the handling of ballots in Fulton County. Questions that were once dismissed by political opponents are now being revisited as federal investigators continue their work.
President Trump himself forcefully challenged the legitimacy of the 2020 election results, and supporters argue that the emerging evidence demonstrates why a comprehensive review remains necessary to restore confidence in America’s electoral system.
Notably, an Election Infrastructure Government Coordinating Council Executive Committee news release had described the 2020 election as “the most secure in American history.” With new findings emerging, skeptics are asking whether that claim still holds up under renewed scrutiny.
While the investigation is ongoing and no final conclusions have been reached, conservatives argue that transparency and accountability must remain top priorities. They contend that confidence in elections—one of the nation’s most fundamental democratic institutions—depends on rigorous oversight and an unwavering commitment to uncovering the truth, regardless of political consequences.
