Watch: Patel Makes Big Announcement About Arrests in 2020 Stolen Election Case, ‘Stay Tuned This Week’

The American people have waited years for the scales of justice to level regarding the irregularities of the 2020 election—an event that remains a cornerstone of the "deep state" effort to undermine our constitutional republic. On Sunday, FBI Director Kash Patel joined Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Morning Futures to deliver a message that constitutional conservatives have been longing to hear: accountability is finally on the horizon.

Responding to a base of voters who have grown increasingly frustrated with a perceived lack of action against those who weaponized the federal government, Patel signaled that the era of "broken promises" is ending. During the interview, he addressed the systemic efforts to disenfranchise the American voter during the 2020 cycle, which President Donald J. Trump has rightly identified as a coordinated effort to install the previous administration.

“We are not going to take this and have not taken this [lying] down,” Patel told Bartiromo in a clip that quickly circulated on X.

Referring to the institutional subversion of the democratic process, the FBI Director added, “They tried to thwart our elections and rig the entire system.”

The Push for Tangible Results

Despite the gravity of Patel’s assertions, Bartiromo—reflecting the skepticism of a public that has seen previous high-profile investigations stall—pressed for specifics. The veteran journalist pointed out that many Americans feel unrepresented when the "deep state" operates with apparent impunity. Patel, however, remained firm in his commitment to the rule of law and the administration's current efforts.

“We’ve got all the [evidence],” Patel stated. “I can announce on your show that we’ve got all the information we need. We’re working with our prosecutors at the Department of Justice under Attorney General Todd Blanche. And we are going to be making arrests. And it’s coming, and I promise you, it’s coming soon.”

When Bartiromo demanded clarity on whether the FBI now possesses the hard evidence to verify President Trump’s consistent assertions regarding the 2020 results, Patel provided a definitive confirmation.

“We have the information that backs President Trump’s claim,” Patel clarified. “But because it’s an ongoing prosecution investigation, I can’t get ahead of the DOJ and the president.”

A Critical Turning Point

The stakes for the Trump administration could not be higher. Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has previously labeled the institutional efforts against the President—including the debunked Russia collusion narrative—as a “treasonous conspiracy.” For many, the 2020 election was the culmination of that very conspiracy.

However, many observers remain wary, noting that previous promises of transparency—such as the release of the Epstein files—resulted in underwhelming disclosures.

Patel’s appearance comes at a time when the conservative base is demanding that the "America First" mandate be used to restore the integrity of our institutions. The FBI Director concluded the interview with a provocative teaser for the coming days.

“But President Trump speaks truthfully when he says that,” the FBI director added, referring to the President's claims of election interference. “I would say stay tuned this week. You might see a thing or two.”

As the 2026 midterms approach, the administration knows that maintaining the trust of the electorate requires more than rhetoric; it requires the restoration of the rule of law. If Patel’s promises manifest into action this week, it could mark the most significant victory for national sovereignty and election integrity in modern history.
