Former CNN anchor Jim Acosta has once again proven why he’s the poster child for left-wing media disgrace—this time by mocking Ivana Trump’s grave during a bizarre anti-Trump tirade.

During a special “No Kings Day” episode of The Contrarian, hosted by leftist columnist Jennifer Rubin, Acosta joined Rubin and fellow progressive April Ryan in a segment ostensibly meant to criticize deportations carried out by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Instead, Acosta veered into grotesque personal attacks, targeting President Donald J. Trump, his marriages, and even his late ex-wife.

“Where are the ICE raids at the Trump properties?” Acosta smirked.

“Can somebody call ICE on the Trump golf course in Virginia? You’re telling me there’s nobody in there that is undocumented or has some kind of squirreliness going on with their paperwork?”

Then came the disturbing punchline. Referring to Ivana Trump, the mother of Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka, and Eric—who passed away in 2022—Acosta quipped:

“How many immigrants has he married? He’s got one buried at his golf course in New Jersey. Isn’t she buried by the first hole or the second tee or something like that?”

Rubin and Ryan laughed. The rest of America cringed.

Even in today’s hyper-political climate, mocking the grave of a deceased mother—simply because she was once married to a president you hate—crosses an unthinkable line.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt didn’t mince words. Speaking to Fox News, she called out Acosta’s grotesque behavior:

“Jim Acosta is a disgraceful human being.”

According to Fox, Ivana Trump is buried at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey, per her family’s wishes. Acosta’s decision to turn that resting place into a punchline wasn’t just tasteless—it was malicious.

It also revealed Acosta’s priorities. Instead of condemning the violent criminals being deported by ICE—rapists, murderers, human traffickers—Acosta reserved his outrage for Donald Trump’s lawn care staff and took potshots at a dead immigrant mother.

This isn’t surprising coming from Acosta. After all, this is the same man who had to be physically separated from the White House press mic in 2018, like a toddler mid-tantrum. And in January, Acosta quietly left CNN rather than accept a demotion to a later time slot—a move many see as the network politely showing him the door.

Acosta’s latest meltdown isn’t just a stain on his reputation.
