Woman Arrested At MAL; Claimed To Have Firearms, Demanded To See Trump
Mar-a-Lago, President Donald J. Trump’s official residence and the heartbeat of his second-term operations, was once again the focus of a security scare Monday night after a woman approached the property claiming to have an “urgent message” for the president—while admitting there were firearms in her vehicle.
According to Newsweek, 49-year-old Caroline Shaw approached the south gate of Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach and was immediately detained by Secret Service agents after she made her concerning disclosure. A subsequent search of her vehicle was conducted in coordination with Palm Beach County deputies, according to police reports.
Shaw was arrested on two misdemeanor charges: driving with a suspended license and expired vehicle registration. Though the charges may seem minor on the surface, authorities are not taking the incident lightly. A judge has ordered Shaw to stay away from President Trump, Mar-a-Lago, and any other Trump-owned properties. Palm Beach Police have also filed a request for a risk protection order, which remains under judicial review.

View PlansWhile the U.S. Secret Service confirmed that President Trump’s protective detail was unaffected, they emphasized that the matter is being handled at the local level and praised the swift coordination with Palm Beach Police.
“While the incident had no impact on our protective operations, we take these matters extremely seriously,” the agency said in a statement. President Trump has since been briefed.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first alarming intrusion at the president’s iconic Florida estate—which continues to draw attention not only as his private residence but as an active political, diplomatic, and social hub.

Just weeks prior, another bizarre breach occurred when a 23-year-old man, Anthony Thomas Reyes, scaled a Mar-a-Lago wall in the middle of the night, triggering alarms. His motivation? According to law enforcement, Reyes told officers he intended to “spread the gospel” and marry the president’s granddaughter, Kai Trump.
Reyes had been warned previously about trespassing at Mar-a-Lago after a similar incident during the New Year’s holiday—at a time when President Trump was present at the estate. Despite that prior run-in with law enforcement, he returned and was once again taken into custody.
At the time of this latest intrusion, President Trump was in Washington, D.C., carrying out official duties as commander-in-chief.
Secret Service agents detained Reyes without incident and turned him over to Palm Beach Police. Reyes was initially charged with occupied trespassing and later released on bail, which was sharply increased from $1,000 to $50,000 in light of the repeated offense. Federal charges remain on the table.

View PlansAs President Trump continues to lead the nation and prepare for high-stakes international summits and domestic reforms, these increasingly frequent breaches at his Florida residence highlight an uncomfortable reality: the left-wing media obsession with demonizing the president may be inspiring unstable individuals to act dangerously.
Despite these challenges, law enforcement continues to maintain a strong security presence at Mar-a-Lago. But these incidents underscore the need for constant vigilance—especially as President Trump remains the primary target of threats from unhinged activists and attention-seeking trespassers.
