Bondi Orders Grand Jury Probe of ‘Russiagate’ Criminal Allegations
Attorney General Pam Bondi has taken a decisive step toward justice — officially ordering a federal grand jury to investigate explosive allegations that Obama-era intelligence officials conspired to fabricate the debunked Trump-Russia collusion narrative in 2016.
The criminal probe stems from referrals made by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and CIA Director John Ratcliffe, who both reviewed newly declassified documents that appear to implicate top Democrats — including former President Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and former intelligence officials James Comey, John Brennan, and James Clapper — in what could be the largest political abuse of intelligence power in American history.
“Fox News can confirm that Attorney General Pam Bondi today signed an order directing an unnamed U.S. federal prosecutor to take evidence to a grand jury,” correspondent David Spunt reported Monday evening. “While a DOJ spokesperson declined to comment… Bondi is taking the referrals from DNI Tulsi Gabbard ‘very seriously.’”

Bondi’s move comes on the heels of Gabbard’s bombshell July declassification of documents showing that U.S. intelligence officials, under Obama’s direction, prepared an intelligence assessment after Trump won the 2016 election — allegedly with the intent to validate a false narrative of Russian interference to damage the incoming administration.
That assessment was based on the now-discredited Steele Dossier, a Clinton-funded smear job that accused Trump of bizarre and treasonous behavior, none of which has ever been substantiated. Yet, it was used as a pretext for secret surveillance of Trump campaign aides and planted in the media to poison public opinion.
“This woman should be in jail,” former Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly said of Hillary Clinton last week. “She cooked up a plan to accuse Trump of being a Russian agent in order to distract from her own legitimate scandal.”
Kelly accused Obama’s intelligence officials of weaponizing their agencies to assist Clinton’s campaign with a coordinated political hit job against Trump — calling the conspiracy “blatantly corrupt.”
Gabbard, a former Democrat and combat veteran who now leads the intelligence community under President Trump, said that the referrals are based on “overwhelming evidence” that certain officials “lied, manipulated intelligence, and deceived the public” to interfere in the 2016 election.
Ratcliffe has echoed the call for criminal charges, stating bluntly:
“That’s why I made the referrals. We are seeking indictments.”
Attorney General Bondi appears to agree, citing a “clear cause for deep concern” in her justification for convening the grand jury.
Corporate media outlets — many of which amplified the original Russia hoax — have largely remained silent in the face of these revelations. But conservative outlets like Fox News are continuing to expose the roots of what was a full-blown deep state coup attempt against a duly elected president.

Bondi’s move represents the strongest indication yet that the full truth behind Russiagate is coming to light — and that criminal accountability may finally follow.
