Ghislaine Maxwell Dropped New Detail About Big Bill Clinton During DOJ Interview

Newly released transcripts from the Department of Justice reveal that Ghislaine Maxwell provided fresh information earlier this year about former President Bill Clinton’s interactions with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

According to the DOJ transcript of Maxwell’s interview with U.S. Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, Maxwell claimed she does not believe Clinton ever received a massage while traveling on Epstein’s infamous private jet.

When asked directly by Blanche if Clinton was ever given a massage aboard the plane, Maxwell responded: “I don’t believe he did.” Pressed further, she explained:

“Well, because I don’t—so that’s a good question. The time that Epstein and President Clinton spent together, the only times I believe—well, obviously they traveled. There was that, you know, the plane, they went on the plane 26 times or whatever … So they spent time on the plane together, and I don’t believe there was ever a massage on the plane. So that would’ve been the only time that I think that President Clinton could have even received a massage. And he didn’t, because I was there.”

However, photographs from 2002 appear to show Clinton receiving a shoulder massage from Epstein accuser Chauntae Davies during a trip to Africa aboard Epstein’s plane. Additionally, Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre has alleged Clinton visited Epstein’s private island—though she did not accuse him of misconduct. Clinton has repeatedly denied wrongdoing or knowledge of Epstein’s crimes, insisting in 2019 through a spokesperson that he knew “nothing about the terrible crimes” attributed to Epstein and never visited the island.

Maxwell also revealed that she played a significant role in the launch of the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI). When asked if she was part of CGI’s early work, she admitted: “I was. I would say very central to that, yes.” She added that Epstein was “very enthusiastic” about her involvement with CGI, though she suspected he sought to use her connections as a way to insert himself into Clinton’s orbit.

Maxwell went on to say she accompanied Clinton to the World Economic Forum in Davos at least once, maybe twice, and stressed that she considered Clinton her friend—“not Epstein’s friend.” She recalled meeting Hillary Clinton once on a flight and said she attended Chelsea Clinton’s wedding, though Epstein was not present.

Her attorney, David Oscar Markus, defended her cooperation and credibility following the release of the interview transcripts:

“Ghislaine Maxwell is innocent and never should have been tried, much less convicted, in this case. The materials newly released by the Department of Justice make this clear. Ms. Maxwell answered every question. She did not refuse to respond and did not dodge any question.”

The revelations add more questions to the long-debated relationship between Bill Clinton and Jeffrey Epstein—particularly in light of the Clintons’ history of denying any close ties to Epstein or knowledge of his activities.
