Homan Reveals Who’s Next To Be Prosecuted For Interferring With ICE
Border Czar Tom Homan is putting violent anti-ICE agitators — and those who bankroll them — on notice. In a Sunday interview with Fox News host Jason Chaffetz, the former acting ICE director revealed that authorities are actively identifying not just the rioters themselves, but also the groups and individuals who are financing violent anti-ICE demonstrations.
“We know a lot of these protesters are being paid,” Homan said. “Many of them [have] admitted to it. So yes, there’s a whole effort right now in identifying those who are funding these operations, those who fund the weapons that are being used.
“They’ll be held accountable too, to the highest standards of the law,” he continued. “They will be prosecuted too.”
Homan stressed that ICE agents are doing nothing more than enforcing immigration laws that Congress itself passed. “If you don’t like what ICE does, then go protest Congress,” he said. “We’re not making this stuff up.”

The longtime immigration official also blasted Democrat politicians who have smeared ICE agents as “Nazis” or “racists.”
“What’s most insulting is you have members of Congress comparing ICE to Nazis and terrorists and racists,” Homan said. “Well, if they’re racist for enforcing the law, what’s that make them? They wrote the law.”
Homan’s comments come after a disturbing escalation of violence against ICE facilities and personnel. In July, a Texas officer was shot outside a detention center in Alvarado. The officer survived, but the Department of Homeland Security later reported that more than a dozen agitators slashed government vehicle tires and destroyed security cameras at the same site.
Nationwide, attacks on federal immigration officers have surged nearly 700 percent compared to last year. Many of these incidents stem from left-wing protests opposing President Donald Trump’s immigration enforcement initiatives, including his deployment of thousands of new ICE agents and the completion of the southern border wall funded by the president’s newly signed $3.3 trillion border security package.
Despite the violence, Democrats like Rep. Stephen Lynch (D-MA) and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz have stoked hostility by comparing federal agents to the Gestapo. Republicans argue that this rhetoric has emboldened extremists to attack ICE officers — a warning Homan echoed.
“The rhetoric against the men and women of ICE is skyrocketing,” Homan said. “We’re talking about life and death here. These men and women of ICE, the men and women of border patrol, they’re mothers and fathers too. They don’t hang their heart on a hook when they go to work.”
For Homan, the message is clear: America’s immigration officers are enforcing laws written by Congress and signed by presidents. Those who choose to attack them — or bankroll violent assaults — should expect the full weight of the law.
