Horrific Joe Biden News Released — ‘We All Knew It’

As the 2024 election nears, political media in Washington and veteran reporters are turning more attention to controversies affecting the Democratic Party—issues long emphasized by Republican critics.

The editorial board of The New York Post pointed to this development, writing, “A full 4½ years after The Post’s bombshell series on Hunter Biden’s influence-peddling schemes, The New York Times has deigned to take an interest in the former First Son’s corruption.”

The piece took aim at The New York Times for addressing these claims only now, despite years of previous reporting by other outlets.

“We’d say the Times’ willingness to at long last cover this comes better late than never,” the editorial continued, “but it only published the story now that it doesn’t remotely matter anymore.”

Adding to the scrutiny, a former Biden administration insider has recently stated that top aides deliberately misled both the public and reporters who questioned President Biden’s age and mental acuity.

At a discussion hosted by the Sine Institute of Policy and Politics at American University, Michael LaRosa—former press secretary for First Lady Jill Biden—spoke about the administration’s efforts to shield the president from critical media coverage, according to a report from Fox News.

Throughout the 2024 campaign, media personalities were quick to defend Biden against growing unease over his cognitive health. Their defense extended to reactions following Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report, which described Biden as well-meaning but forgetful, and to viral clips showing him appearing confused, along with Wall Street Journal reporting about concerns raised behind closed doors.

Though LaRosa stopped short of calling it a “cover-up,” he acknowledged that officials within the administration knew from early on that the president’s age posed a political liability.

He also said that his colleagues worked to downplay internal data showing Biden’s approval numbers had stagnated heading into the election year.

Despite widespread polling showing Americans were concerned about Biden’s age, many in the press brushed these fears aside, casting them as partisan attacks from the right.

The president’s underwhelming debate performance in June only amplified those concerns, fueling growing calls for him to exit the race.

“There are some things that are true,” LaRosa said. “I mean, like the gaslighting, there was a lot of denial of the polling. And I will use the term gaslight because that’s what they were doing—the campaign, former colleagues.”

He added, “The message to everybody was to make sure that you tell people it’s too early. It’s too early. These polls don’t mean well; it became too early, and these polls don’t mean anything.”

According to LaRosa, the administration was quick to share favorable polling when Biden was ahead, but later dismissed the same metrics when the numbers turned.

He also took issue with how the White House pushed back against liberal outlets like The New York Times, which began highlighting concerns over Biden’s polling performance and age in mid-2024.

Recent investigations from The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and others revealed that some of Biden’s senior advisers had harbored concerns about his health dating back to the early days of his presidency. Still, the White House repeatedly tried to downplay any questions about his mental fitness, often dismissing troubling viral footage as “cheap fakes.”

Reflecting on media narratives, LaRosa remarked, “I think if you were watching MSNBC, you probably believed [the White House] and were probably pretty shocked. But if you were, if you were consuming information, consuming data and looking at it objectively and trying to interpret it and process it objectively, then none of it was surprising.”

He also noted that Biden’s team was “scared to death” of letting the president hold unscripted press conferences, saying Biden simply “couldn’t compete for the attention economy.”
