Jim Jordan Exposes Deep State Players After FBI Raid on John Bolton
Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, revealed explosive new details Friday night on Fox News Channel’s Hannity regarding the FBI’s raid on former National Security Advisor John Bolton.
Jordan framed the raid as part of a broader push for accountability against figures accused of working to undermine President Donald Trump both before and during his presidency.
Deep State Names Resurface
Jordan listed several prominent figures now facing scrutiny: former FBI Director James Comey, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, and former CIA Director John Brennan.
“I don’t know how this went down today, but you’re right,” Jordan told Hannity. “The press wasn’t there. There wasn’t all this, you know, the big scene that it was three years ago this month when they raided President Trump’s home.”
Jordan emphasized the significance of recent revelations under the new leadership at the Department of Justice, FBI, and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
“We learned that Jim Comey and his chief of staff were leaking classified information. We learned that a whistleblower has come forward and said Adam Schiff was leaking classified information,” Jordan explained.
He continued, “We learned from [DNI] Tulsi Gabbard that there’s another whistleblower who said that they changed the intelligence community assessment. They changed the report to say something different back before President Trump even took office, between Election Day 2016 and Inauguration Day. And now, we learn that… John Bolton mishandled classified information.”
Jordan squarely placed blame on Brennan and Clapper for altering intelligence assessments to weaken Trump before he entered office. “So, you got Comey, Schiff, Clapper, Brennan, Bolton, all out to undermine the president. That’s the story here,” Jordan declared. “That’s the deep state in action trying to sabotage the guy we the people put into the Oval Office.”
“This is not political retribution. This is accountability,” Jordan concluded. “And it’s exactly what the American people voted on when they put President Trump in the White House on November 5.”

Jim Jordan: This isn’t retribution, it’s accountability.

Patel and FBI Leadership Send Strong Signals
The FBI raid was accompanied by public statements from top bureau officials. FBI Director Kash Patel posted a pointed message on X just as agents swarmed Bolton’s Bethesda, Md., home.
“NO ONE is above the law…@FBI agents on mission,” Patel wrote at 7 a.m., leaving little doubt about the operation in question.

Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino echoed Patel’s stance, writing: “Public corruption will not be tolerated.” He reinforced that message during a Fox News appearance shortly thereafter.

“If you are a corrupt politician, we WILL find you.”
“I don't have any friends. I don't want any friends. I didn't come here for money.”
“If you're want a friend in DC, get a dog. We're coming for you.”

Vice President J.D. Vance also reshared Patel’s post, lending further weight to the accountability drive.
Bolton’s Fall From Grace
Once considered a staple of the Washington foreign policy establishment, Bolton has become one of President Trump’s fiercest Republican critics. His influence has now collapsed. Earlier this year, the White House stripped him of both his security clearance and his Secret Service protection following Trump’s return to office.
The FBI declined to comment on Patel’s statements or the raid itself, but sources confirmed the search warrant involved mishandling of classified information.
