Late Breaking Video: Trump Announces Jerome Powell May Not Actually Be Fed Chair Since He Was Appointed Via Biden's Autopen
Promiscuous reliance on the autopen during Joe Biden’s troubled presidency continues to raise serious questions about whether key federal actions were ever legitimate to begin with. And while many Americans have long argued that Biden’s occupancy of the Oval Office lacked legitimacy on far more fundamental grounds, that debate goes well beyond the latest revelations about his widespread use of mechanical signatures.
During a fiery stop in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania — the kickoff to his affordability-focused barnstorming tour — President Donald J. Trump abruptly shifted from blasting “lousy” Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell to dropping an explosive allegation: Biden’s autopen may have mechanically authorized commissions for four Democratic members of the Federal Reserve Board, including Powell himself.
The president repeatedly turned toward Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, urging him to verify the report on the spot.
“By the way,” Trump said in a clip posted to X, “it looks — and you’re gonna have to check this please. I just heard. It could be that all four commissioners in the Fed, signed by Biden, including ‘Too Late’ — you know who ‘Too Late’ is?”
The rally crowd erupted as Trump, in characteristic fashion, tore into Powell, calling him “a bad guy” and “not a smart guy.” Throughout 2025, Trump aggressively pushed Powell to lower interest rates, only to meet resistance from the Biden-era appointee.
“But,” Trump continued, “I hear that the autopen may have signed those commissions.”
The president then pressed Bessent again from the stage as the audience listened closely.
“I don’t know. I think it’s something we have to look into. They put people there that are not authorized to be there,” the president said.
Trump went on to correctly observe that Democrats would instantly nullify any autopen document he signed, whereas Republicans, as he put it, are “too nice.”
“Would you check that, Scott, OK?” Trump added. “Cause I’m hearing that the autopen could have signed maybe all four but maybe a couple of them. We’ll take two.”
🚨 HOLY CRAP! President Trump reveals Jerome Powell's reappointment to the Federal Reserve might be NULLIFIED because it was instituted by the Biden autopen - along with the other Democrat appointees

Under normal circumstances, an autopen signature is only permissible when the president himself has made the underlying decision. But with Biden, the evidence suggests that staffers — not the former president — routinely executed major actions in his name.
Emails strongly imply that then–White House chief of staff Jeff Zients personally approved Biden’s final batch of pardons on Jan. 19, the last full day of Biden’s presidency, while the autopen affixed the signatures. Earlier this month, Trump formally invalidated every one of Biden’s autopen-authorized documents, including those controversial late-night pardons.
That decision has only intensified anticipation among Trump supporters who expect long-delayed justice for Dr. Anthony Fauci, members of the January 6 committee, and other deep-state actors who benefited from Biden’s mechanical pen.
And if the unraveling of Biden’s autopen trail also leads to a shake-up at the Federal Reserve — possibly even the departure of Powell — many conservatives would view it as a necessary corrective to the disastrous economic stewardship of the last administration.
