Michelle Obama Makes Disgusting Announcement About Trump’s Inauguration

After missing President Jimmy Carter’s burial last week, former First Lady Michelle Obama will also not attend President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration on Monday.
Her spokeswoman declined to provide a reason for her absence, a decision covered by CBS News.
A ‘scheduling difficulty’ was cited for her inability to attend Carter’s funeral at the Washington National Cathedral on Thursday, as she was reportedly enjoying an extended holiday in Hawaii, the birthplace of President Barack Obama.
Michelle Obama’s 61st birthday falls on Friday, adding to her personal schedule.
Since the passing of her mother, Marian Robinson, in May, the former First Lady has significantly reduced her public appearances. She has spoken openly about the profound grief that has affected her daily life. During the Democratic National Convention in August, she shared how this loss nearly prevented her from delivering her speech. “I still feel her loss so profoundly – I wasn’t even sure I’d be steady enough to stand before you tonight,” she said to a large audience at the United Center in Chicago.
Traditionally, former presidents and first ladies have attended presidential inaugurations, even for leaders of the opposing party, barring health issues or other extenuating circumstances. This practice serves as a gesture of unity and respect for the office.
However, President Trump broke this tradition four years ago when he chose not to attend the inauguration of his successor, President Joe Biden. Similarly, First Lady Melania Trump did not participate in Vice President Joe Biden’s swearing-in ceremony.
