President Donald J. Trump is taking decisive action to confront the escalating migrant-fueled riots in Los Angeles, announcing Sunday that he has empowered multiple federal departments to use all necessary means to restore law and order.

In a forceful Truth Social post, the President declared:

“I am directing Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, and Attorney General Pam Bondi, in coordination with all other relevant Departments and Agencies, to take all such action necessary to liberate Los Angeles from the Migrant Invasion, and put an end to these Migrant riots.”

He continued:

“Order will be restored, the Illegals will be expelled, and Los Angeles will be set free.”

President Trump’s bold move comes after four consecutive days of mayhem, as violent mobs—many waving foreign flags and obstructing federal operations—clashed with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers and local police during targeted deportation raids.

“Los Angeles has been invaded and occupied by Illegal Aliens and Criminals,” the President warned. “Now violent, insurrectionist mobs are swarming and attacking our Federal Agents to try and stop our deportation operations — But these lawless riots only strengthen our resolve.”

Beginning Thursday and intensifying through the weekend, the city has been rocked by violent demonstrations in response to federal enforcement actions aimed at dismantling illegal alien strongholds. Law enforcement officers have been attacked with bottles, bricks, and even concrete.

Videos posted online show chaos unfolding as left-wing agitators set vehicles on fire, looted local businesses, blocked traffic, and desecrated the American flag—replacing it with Mexican flags in several areas of downtown L.A.

The President’s order authorizes the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Justice to work jointly in suppressing the violence and expelling those in the country illegally. National Guard units have already been deployed, with additional support on standby.

Despite the widespread destruction and violence, Democrats and their media allies were quick to criticize President Trump’s actions—offering more sympathy for illegal aliens than for the American citizens caught in the crossfire.

Once again, the American left has shown its hand: siding with foreign nationals who flout U.S. immigration law while vilifying the very institutions sworn to uphold it.

There is no national interest served by tolerating violent, illegal mobs terrorizing American communities under the banner of “protest.” There is no justification for open defiance of immigration enforcement or the dangerous normalization of lawlessness.

President Trump’s message is clear: The United States will no longer be held hostage by radical mobs, nor will it surrender its sovereignty to foreign invaders or their political enablers.
