Trump Posts Video Of Fox News Hosts Mocking Elon Musk’s Drug Test
While President Donald J. Trump continues to lead the nation through complex foreign policy battles and rising global threats, he hasn’t forgotten his personal scorecard — especially when it comes to billionaire Elon Musk.
Late Tuesday night, Trump resurfaced one of his more public feuds, sharing a scathing clip from The Will Cain Show on Fox News, where the Tesla and SpaceX CEO was roasted for his bizarre decision to post his urinalysis results on social media — a move made after The New York Times accused him of frequent drug use.
Fox host Will Cain and comedian John Crist didn't hold back.

View Plans“I wouldn’t mind getting a deep dive here on what drugs were on that drug test,” Cain quipped. “I wanna know exactly what came back negative.”
Crist chimed in with a jab that hit close to home for Musk:
“Whatever his drug [test] showed, that’s the least of our concerns with Elon. If it says nothing, I honestly look around and go — let’s get this guy on something!”
Cain piled on:
“He’s only a genius launching rockets and having them caught back on Earth. I’m not that concerned about whatever it is he’s taking.”
The segment quickly made the rounds online after President Trump amplified it to his followers — a move widely interpreted as a not-so-subtle response to Musk’s recent outbursts against the Commander-in-Chief.
Despite Musk’s attempts in recent weeks to walk back his personal attacks on Trump — including some half-hearted compliments and an admission of regret — the president’s repost made one thing clear: the feud isn’t over.
The latest spat began after The New York Times published a report accusing Musk of chronic drug use, including ketamine, ecstasy, and psychedelic mushrooms. In a panicked response, Musk posted what appeared to be a screenshot of his drug test results on X at 3:44 a.m. ET Tuesday — hardly a reassuring time for a billionaire tech mogul to be uploading his urine data.
“Lol,” Musk wrote, attempting to silence his critics.
The test reportedly showed negative results for nearly two dozen substances, though experts were quick to note that most drugs exit the system within a few days. The creatinine level, often used to confirm that a sample is legitimate, was in the normal range.
Still, the damage control fell flat. Musk’s erratic behavior in recent months — from public meltdowns to conspiracy-laced accusations — has raised eyebrows even among his corporate allies.
The New York Times report cited alleged use of Adderall, LSD, and ketamine, even claiming Musk carried around a “box of about 20 pills” while battling bladder issues. Musk has previously admitted to using “a small amount” of ketamine for mental health treatment — a dangerous justification given that ketamine was a contributing factor in the death of actor Matthew Perry.
Last year, The Wall Street Journal added fuel to the fire with revelations that Musk’s drug use — including Ambien — had rattled Tesla’s board and unnerved investors.
Earlier this month, Musk reignited his feud with Trump in a fit of late-night posts on X, falsely accusing the president of suppressing Jeffrey Epstein-related documents. He later deleted the post but not before it spread like wildfire.
He also bizarrely claimed Trump wouldn’t have won the 2024 election without Musk’s financial support, and even flirted with the idea of impeachment.
According to The Washington Post, Trump has referred to Musk in private as “a big-time drug addict,” though in public he’s remained diplomatic.
When asked directly whether Musk ever brought drugs into the White House, Trump calmly responded:
“I really don’t know. I don’t think so. I hope not.”
Since then, Musk has attempted to backpedal:

But if he was expecting forgiveness, Trump’s Fox News repost suggests he shouldn’t hold his breath — especially if he's still inhaling something else.
