Trump Threatens Complete Destruction Of Iran Over More Cease-Fire Violations

President Donald Trump delivered a blunt warning to Iran after U.S. forces launched additional strikes in response to Tehran’s latest alleged violations of a 60-day cease-fire agreement signed earlier this month.

The president said the United States targeted Iranian military sites after the regime continued attacks on commercial vessels and U.S. forces, despite being given an opportunity to comply with the cease-fire.

“United States aircraft just struck Iranian missile and drone storage locations, and coastal radar sites, for violating the Cease Fire Agreement, AGAIN!” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

“It is very possible that they will never learn!” he added.

Trump made clear that American patience is running out.

“There may come a point when we are no longer able to be reasonable, and will be forced to militarily complete the job that we very successfully started,” the president wrote.

Then he issued his most serious warning yet.

“If that happens, the Islamic Republic of Iran will no longer exist!” Trump concluded.

U.S. Central Command confirmed Saturday that American forces carried out new strikes against “multiple targets in Iran” after another Iranian attack on a commercial vessel.

CENTCOM said the latest escalation followed an Iranian strike on the M/V Ever Lovely and a subsequent drone attack on the M/T Kiku.

“After yesterday’s U.S. strikes in response to the Iranian attack on M/V Ever Lovely, Iran was given a chance to honor the ceasefire agreement but elected not to when its forces launched a one-way attack drone that hit M/T Kiku this morning at 4:30 a.m. ET,” CENTCOM said.

The command said U.S. aircraft targeted several categories of Iranian military infrastructure.

“U.S. military aircraft targeted Iranian military surveillance infrastructure, communication systems, air defense sites, drone storage facilities, and minelayer capabilities,” CENTCOM said.

The renewed strikes come as Trump’s approval rating has climbed to its highest level of the year following his administration’s efforts to end the conflict with Iran and stabilize global energy markets.

A recent Daily Mail/JL Partners survey found Trump with a 47% approval rating and 53% disapproval, his strongest showing since late February and his highest approval rating of 2026.

The numbers represent a notable rebound after Trump’s approval hovered around 43% for several months following a mid-March low of 42%.

Pollsters suggested the improvement is tied to public approval of the administration’s push to wind down the nearly four-month conflict with Iran, along with falling oil and gasoline prices.

The survey was conducted June 19-21, shortly after Trump attended the G7 summit in France, where the Iran conflict became one of the central issues.

At the summit, Trump repeatedly argued that ending the war would improve global stability, reopen critical shipping lanes, and bring energy prices down for working Americans.

Those efforts led to a memorandum of understanding extending the cease-fire between the United States and Iran while negotiators work toward a broader peace agreement.

Markets responded favorably, and gasoline prices continued moving lower.

According to AAA, the national average price for a gallon of regular gasoline has dropped from $4.52 to $3.93.

Trump celebrated the development in a Truth Social post Tuesday.

“19 millions barrels of oil flowed out of the Hormuz Strait yesterday, an all time record,” Trump wrote.

“Oil prices are tumbling down, and the world is a much safer place!” he added.

The latest polling suggests voters may be connecting the administration’s foreign policy with improvements in energy prices and broader economic sentiment.

JL Partners founder James Johnson told the Daily Mail that Trump’s handling of Iran appears to have given him a direct political boost.

“President Trump appears to have got a direct approval bump from the Iran deal, putting him on his second-highest rating of the year so far,” Johnson said.

“That makes sense, given we know voters see a clear link between gas prices and the Iran conflict being open.”

The shift is especially notable compared with just one month earlier.

A Daily Mail/JL Partners poll conducted in May found that 59% of respondents believed the economy was getting worse while energy prices remained elevated.

Republicans remain firmly behind Trump.

The latest poll found that 82% of Republican voters approve of the president’s job performance.

For conservatives, the moment highlights the core of Trump’s foreign policy doctrine: negotiate when possible, strike when necessary, and never allow hostile regimes to mistake restraint for weakness.

Iran signed a cease-fire.

Then, according to U.S. officials, it violated that agreement again.

Trump’s message is now unmistakable: the United States will pursue peace, but it will not tolerate attacks on American forces, global shipping, or the economic security of American families.

If Tehran continues testing Washington, Trump is warning that the consequences will be severe.
