Watch: Don Lemon Melts Down, Harasses Elderly Christian in Snow After Anti-ICE Mob Disrupts Church Service
Former CNN host Don Lemon once again reminded the public why his credibility has collapsed, inserting himself into a confrontation with an elderly Christian whose church service was interrupted by a radical anti-ICE protest — then chasing the man outside into the snow when the exchange didn’t go Lemon’s way.
The incident unfolded Sunday after activists affiliated with the Racial Justice Network, a pro–Black Lives Matter group, stormed Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota, interrupting worship services to denounce Immigration and Customs Enforcement for enforcing federal immigration law, according to KMSP-TV in Minneapolis.
Witnesses described the scene as chaotic and aggressive. Protesters burst into the sanctuary chanting “ICE out!” while congregants were in prayer, turning a house of worship into a stage for ideological theater.

KMSP reported that demonstrators claimed the church was targeted because one of its pastors allegedly serves as ICE’s acting field office director in Minnesota. The outlet confirmed that a pastor at the church shares the name David Easterwood with an ICE official, though it could not independently verify whether they are the same individual.
As congregants attempted to leave following the disruption, Lemon approached an elderly churchgoer and aggressively questioned him about the protest. The man responded calmly, explaining that the activists had accomplished the opposite of what they intended.
He told Lemon the so-called protest exposed the mob as disrespectful and emotionally unhinged, undermining whatever message they hoped to convey.
“These people have come into our house and they’ve interrupted our worship,” the man said. “This stirs division and rancor. And in the end, it’s not helpful.”
“Ultimately, I believe they’ve lost. They’ve emptied a house of worship. Everybody has gone home. Their point has been proven worthless. And so in the end, I think they lose.”
NEW: Don Lemon loses it after a much smarter man shuts down his gaslighting attempts at the Minnesota church that was stormed by far-left agitators.

The churchgoer further pointed out the hypocrisy of the left’s behavior, noting that invading a sacred space is not only counterproductive, but morally repugnant.
“[I]f I were to break into any of their houses uninvited, cause derision and upset according to their values, I would be kicked out,” he said.
“I feel violated. I feel interrupted. I feel angry.”
Rather than acknowledge the point, Lemon attempted to justify the mob’s actions by claiming that disrupting church services was somehow comparable to ICE agents arresting illegal immigrants who are in the country unlawfully.
That comparison was met with a blunt and devastating response.
“Listen, you’re not a journalist,” the man said.
“Yes, I am,” Lemon replied defensively.
As the man calmly exited the church, Lemon followed him outside into the snow, continuing to badger him with talking points while refusing to disengage.
“We’re done here,” the man said, as Lemon continued pressing forward.
The incident quickly drew widespread condemnation online, with critics across the ideological spectrum calling the church invasion disgraceful and counterproductive.
“I’m no historian but I don’t think there’s ever been a situation in the last 100 years where the people storming the churches were the good guys,” conservative commentator Greg Price wrote.

Christian influencer Kangmin Lee warned that such behavior marks a dangerous cultural turning point.
“We’ve crossed the rubicon,” Lee wrote.
“No more tolerance for these anti-Christian, anti-American, anti-civilization psychopaths who have no honor nor reverence for this country, its ancestors, its traditions, and its God.”
“God will not be mocked.”

What figures like Lemon and the radical activists he defends fail to grasp is that every such outburst further alienates ordinary Americans. Targeting churches, harassing worshippers, and excusing lawlessness only confirms what many already believe: the modern left has abandoned basic decency and respect for civil society.
The United States is a sovereign nation, not a dumping ground for unvetted masses who openly disregard its laws and values. Illegal immigrants are not entitled to remain in the country, nor should Americans be shamed for insisting that federal law be enforced and national borders defended.
Respect for faith, law, and order remains a cornerstone of a free society — and no amount of shouting inside a church will change that.
