BREAKING: President Trump Will Ask DOJ to Investigate Epstein's Link with Top Liberal Politicians and Billionaires

Democrats are once again trying to weaponize the disgraced legacy of sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein—this time by attempting to manufacture guilt-by-association headlines aimed at President Donald J. Trump. But instead of ducking the latest political smear, President Trump is ordering the Department of Justice to finally investigate the real network of powerful left-wing figures who surrounded Epstein for decades.

For years, Trump has acknowledged what was obvious to anyone who lived in elite circles in the 1990s and early 2000s: Epstein was a known figure whose orbit included celebrities, executives, and politicians of every stripe. Yet Trump has been unequivocal that he had no deeper involvement in the financier’s criminal operations—operations now documented to have been facilitated by Epstein’s longtime accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell, who is currently serving time in federal prison.

But with Democrats rolling out a fresh batch of selectively framed emails in an attempt to stain Trump’s reputation, the president is hitting back—hard—calling the narrative nothing more than yet another politically timed hoax.

“Now that the Democrats are using the Epstein Hoax, involving Democrats, not Republicans, to try and deflect from their disastrous SHUTDOWN, and all of their other failures, I will be asking A.G. Pam Bondi, and the Department of Justice, together with our great patriots at the FBI, to investigate Jeffrey Epstein’s involvement and relationship with Bill Clinton, Larry Summers, Reid Hoffman, J.P. Morgan, Chase, and many other people and institutions, to determine what was going on with them, and him,” Trump posted on Truth Social.

He followed up with another warning to Democrats who believe yet another smear campaign will protect them from public scrutiny: “This is another Russia, Russia, Russia Scam, with all arrows pointing to the Democrats. Records show that these men, and many others, spent large portions of their life with Epstein, and on his ‘Island.’ Stay tuned!!!”

Trump made his frustration even clearer in a third post: “The Democrats are doing everything in their withering power to push the Epstein Hoax again, despite the DOJ releasing 50,000 pages of documents, in order to deflect from all of their bad policies and losses, especially the SHUTDOWN EMBARRASSMENT, where their party is in total disarray, and has no idea what to do.”

And he had pointed words for Republicans who play into the Democrats’ narrative. “Some Weak Republicans have fallen into their clutches because they are soft and foolish,” Trump wrote. “Epstein was a Democrat, and he is the Democrat’s problem, not the Republican’s problem!”

Trump also reminded the public that if anyone should be answering questions, it’s the Democratic figures who built longstanding relationships with Epstein. “Ask Bill Clinton, Reid Hoffman, and Larry Summers about Epstein, they know all about him, don’t waste your time with Trump. I have a Country to run!”

Despite this, Democrats on the House Oversight Committee released three emails featuring Trump’s name—emails that in context prove nothing except that Epstein occasionally mentioned him. One message to Maxwell included the line: “I want you to realize that that dog that hasn’t barked is Trump.. [VICTIM] spent hours at my house with him.”

Republicans say the redacted name is widely understood to be Virginia Giuffre—who not only publicly defended Trump against such allegations during her lifetime, but whose consistent testimony repeatedly cleared the president of wrongdoing.

The Oversight Committee posted the documents online for public review, and as the BBC reported, Republicans on the committee also released more than 20,000 emails to show the broader context—including an unredacted version confirming the victim reference was indeed Giuffre.

The panel has already issued subpoenas to multiple individuals connected to Epstein, including figures from prior administrations. Former Attorney General William Barr has already testified privately, according to The Washington Post.

And Chairman James Comer says Barr made it clear that Trump was never implicated. According to Comer, Barr told congressional investigators that “if there had been anything pertaining to President Trump with respect to the Epstein list, that he felt like the Biden administration would have probably leaked it out.”

With Democrats scrambling to divert attention from their policy failures and their embarrassing shutdown chaos, President Trump is refusing to let yet another politically crafted hoax go unanswered. And this time, he’s directing the full force of federal law enforcement toward the individuals who actually maintained deep ties with Epstein—the very Democrats now trying to deflect blame.
