Epstein's Attorney Unleashes on Musk's 'Really Big Bomb,' Responds 'Authoritatively, Unequivocally, and Definitively'

In a bizarre and baseless twist to an already tense policy feud, tech billionaire Elon Musk lobbed a sensational accusation at President Donald J. Trump this week, claiming the Trump administration failed to release the Jeffrey Epstein files because the president himself is somehow implicated in them. But now, one man with first-hand knowledge of the case is setting the record straight — and he’s not mincing words.

David Schoen, the defense attorney who represented notorious pedophile and human trafficker Jeffrey Epstein before his 2019 death, responded directly to Musk’s accusation in a public statement Thursday. The comment came after Musk claimed on his X platform that Trump’s supposed involvement in the files was “a really big bomb” — a post that ignited a frenzy among Trump critics online.

But Schoen — no stranger to the facts — made it crystal clear that there is zero evidence tying President Trump to Epstein’s crimes.

“I can say authoritatively, unequivocally, and definitively that he had no information to hurt President Trump,” Schoen wrote.

“I specifically asked him!”

Schoen’s comments carry significant weight, given his unique access to Epstein and his legal matters. Yet, despite this authoritative denial, left-wing media and anti-Trump voices have jumped at Musk’s baseless post as if it were a verified revelation. It’s a clear example of how Trump Derangement Syndrome continues to drive wild conspiracy theories — even from individuals once seen as allies of the America First movement.

Daily Wire commentator Matt Walsh added some much-needed logic to the discussion, highlighting the glaring political inconsistency in Musk’s claim.

“It is totally inconceivable that there would be something incriminating about Trump in the Epstein files and yet the Democrats kept that information to themselves for all these years,” Walsh noted.

He pointed out the obvious: Democrats have made it their mission to destroy President Trump at every opportunity — even if it means weaponizing false narratives or abusing government power. The idea that they would quietly sit on damning evidence? Nonsense.

“Sure, you can say that they are also incriminated in the files. But so what? They would have just released the part that incriminated Trump,” Walsh continued. “Release that part and destroy or redact the rest. Does anyone think the Dems are above pulling a move like that?”

Indeed, the Left has proven time and again they’re more than willing to bend the truth — or obliterate it entirely — to get at President Trump. If they had even a shred of evidence linking him to Epstein, the world would’ve known about it long ago.

Musk’s smear seems timed to distract from a much more consequential dispute: his opposition to the One Big Beautiful Bill Act — President Trump’s signature legislative push that delivers historic tax cuts, border security funding, and sweeping government reform.

The bill has earned support from law enforcement, small business leaders, and everyday American workers who are tired of being crushed by the D.C. bureaucracy. But Musk, ever the self-interested corporate globalist, is more concerned about government contracts and profit margins than what’s best for the nation.

As the White House continues to push forward on its America First agenda, the noise surrounding Trump and Epstein — fueled by rumor, not fact — appears to be nothing more than a desperate attempt to derail a president who is once again delivering for the American people.
