For decades, Texas has stood firm as a conservative stronghold, delivering reliable Republican victories in presidential races, Senate seats, and state offices. But the far left hasn’t given up on trying to flip the Lone Star State—and this time, they’re coming with even more Soros money and more radical activism.

According to the Wall Street Journal, a group called Texas Majority PAC—funded heavily by left-wing billionaire George Soros—has launched its latest scheme to turn Texas blue, pouring millions into a new campaign called “Blue Texas.”

Soros donated $2.1 million to the PAC just this year, with another $1 million dropped in April alone. It’s a massive financial injection aimed at turning Texas into a leftist playground—and it’s being done under the guise of “grassroots” organizing, complete with a summer tour across 24 Texas cities and dozens of rallies scheduled throughout June.

The group’s mission? To recruit candidates, flood the state with volunteers, and crank up Democrat turnout ahead of the 2026 midterms. And while Texas Democrats haven’t won a statewide election since 1994, Soros and his allies are betting big that they can change that—one check at a time.

“Republicans have won every presidential election in Texas since 1980,” the Journal notes, and no Democrat has claimed a U.S. Senate seat since Lloyd Bentsen in 1988. But that hasn’t stopped Soros’ radical machine from meddling in Texas politics.

This time, Democrats are circling the Senate seat held by Sen. John Cornyn, who’s facing a primary challenge from conservative Attorney General Ken Paxton. While Republicans are already deep in the fight for the future of their party, Democrats have yet to settle on a challenger—but you can bet Soros’ checkbook will be wide open once they do.

What’s more troubling is the increasing role of Alex Soros, George’s son, who’s been even more vocal and aggressive in pushing far-left ideology. While his father pulled strings from the shadows, Alex has taken center stage—hosting lavish fundraisers for extremist Democrats and cozying up to the Biden administration.

Their efforts may not have won them the White House in 2024, but they’re now fixated on Texas as their next target.

The Soros network may be flush with cash, but Texans have seen this playbook before—outside money, outsider values, and a desperate push to undermine everything the Lone Star State stands for: faith, freedom, and the rule of law.
